I would probably give 3.5 stars, but can’t do it. I have been shopping here for a very long time, since it’s opening. The staff here are all very hard working so not sure about those other comments, if one person doesn’t know the answer they will ask a coworker. Whenever I look like I am wandering around looking for something worker always asks what I am looking for. I never see a worker not doing anything. The prices are high unfortunately. I use flour a lot and it’s almost double the price here compared to other places. One time within the past year or so the chocolate I like was 8$ for a bar and now I see it’s $4, why? They give sale prices but for things that will expire soon. I don’t eat at their hot food section bc I did have a bad experience years ago, not sure if they fixed that, but now I can’t even think about buying from the ready to eat side. I continue to shop here bc it’s the best in the area and there are a lot of health food options that I do like. I use to have to go to back to nature in new city which is now much smaller and doesn’t seem to be doing well. This place has a larger variety. I just wish I could do a one stop shop for all my groceries but I can’t with some of the prices.

Very nice place. A little pricey, but all in all still nice.
Clean, well-organized. Hugh variety of Vegan products. Price is not cheap but not over the top either. It is same price as whole foods and you will find better sale items than whole foods. The vitamins and nutrition staff very knowledgeable. Good hot meals. Love this place

Great place. I love it here. Health is wealth love the produce the organic foods and veggies, and the hot bar gives me so many healthy options in a world full of garbage food

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've been shopping here for 8+ years. Last month I hurt my back & can't lift my cases of water like I used to. I tried delivery last month - driver called ahead, put boxes where we wanted them in the house, wonderful. I ordered again, scheduled delivery for the 1-3pm window & waited. At 3:30 I called the store, the driver was running late but on the way. I waited more. Finally called again at 5, and was told the driver left the boxes by the outside door - in the rain, no call, no ring the doorbell, nothing. So now with my cane, I have 2 cases of water, wet from the rain, that I have to figure out how to get inside (let alone where they needed to go). Never again will I order from them. Really careless & disappointing.
