I have shopped at this location of A Matter of Health since it opened in 2010. It was great to finally have such a large health-food store open in a convenient location in Rockland County. While I have always been happy with the variety of foods they carried, their business hours and policies, and the cleanliness of the store, I haven’t always enjoyed the shopping experience due to the less-than-friendly staff. Very well organized & nice healthy grocery store. Only thing I did not like was the odd waiting line to pay.. It was all the way inside where other grocery store usually had it for an express lane or a self check out..

Clean, well-organized. Hugh variety of Vegan products. Price is not cheap but not over the top either. It is same price as whole foods and you will find better sale items than whole foods. The vitamins and nutrition staff very knowledgeable. Good hot meals. Love this place
