If I could give zero stars I would ordered a cake for my son's birthday and the person supposedly was sick but nobody told us and now the party is ruined it was a whole theme and now it's ruined his 2nd

The ice cream was very good, the staff, not so much. They were very rude and unwelcoming. I felt like I was a bother to them coming in to place an order. It was also very confusing on where to place your order. There were no clear signs on if you order at the Dunkin side or the baskin side, as the workers were all on the Dunkin side. I do definitely recommend the caramel cone crunch ice cream from them though, it was very good!

This place shares it's space with Dunkin Donuts.Not much variety in favors but they do change it up when they add new flavors.Tried their totally wrapped milkshake and it was delicious.Friendly and speed service despite their being a queue which is not that often.
Baskin Robbins is my favorite I've cream. I ordered ice cream and didn't learn to well after all places were closed that they ran out of most of our order. A total disappointment. They should know what is in their inventory when they take the order just like other places

Wonderful!! Delicious!!I hadn’t been to this location in a while and I have to say - WOW!! Lucy took my order - greeted me with a big smile (mask on but I could tell she was smiling!) She thanked me and asked if there was anything else she could offer. She’s an asset to this store!!!
