Outstanding Service from Gisella!
I had a great experience during my recent visit to Chuck E. Cheese, all thanks to Gisella! Despite working alone during a busy time, she remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She greeted guests with a smile, handled multiple responsibilities at once, and still managed to provide excellent customer service to every family that walked through the door.
It’s not easy managing everything solo, but Gisella did it with patience and grace. She made our visit feel fun and welcoming—even with the challenges of being short-staffed. She truly went above and beyond, and deserves recognition for her dedication and positive attitude.
Thank you, Gisella, for making our experience so enjoyable! Chuck E. Cheese is lucky to have you.

It's a lot of fun for kids, they have jumping trampolines and more, with a nice selection of token machines. One big downside is the service is not the best, for example when waiting to get prizes there's only one person serving and that takes a while and when they take the next person they don't follow the line they just start helping who ever they feel like.
So overall: Fun place to go with family and kids but the service could be a little bit better.

We had our daughters 4th birthday here this past weekend and although things did not go perfectly the manager was so great at making sure that any issues were addressed. My daughter had the best time, as did her sisters and friends. I love the layout of this Chuck E Cheese with the games/rides for the littles on one side and the older children on the other, it kept her little group of friends together which was really nice!
AWESOME LOCATION! It is A LEGACY STORE! But one probelm, the gamerooms is bad, to fix that. i posted a suggestion as a photo! check my suggestion in photos tab! if you are lazy to check the photos tab here is the suggestion:
Mario and sonic tokyo 2020 replaces temple run. angry birds boom replaces ghostbusters shooting game. jurrasic park shooting game will replace doodle jump arcade game.

Had a birthday party event here, all of us who ate the pepperoni pizza got food poisoning afterwards. For a place with barely at customers that day, and only three people working. It shouldn’t happen.
