Absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They’ve messed up orders before but today I was treated disrespectfully by an employee. As someone who works in customer service I would NEVER treat a customer this way. I ordered two donuts and two drinks on my app. Went inside and checked the bag, was missing a donut. No big deal, I asked for the other one and it was given to me. For the drinks, my iced tea lemonade was missing the iced tea. When I questioned, the redhead girl behind the counter said “oh we’re out of ice tea”. I was frustrated but not the end of the world as it was for someone else that didn’t mind. When I took a sip of my coffee, there was sugar in it. It can visibly be seen as well. I order sweet n low. When I asked the girl she argued that she put the right one in. I politely asked her to remake it and with attitude she snapped and said “just throw that out I guess”. I will not be coming to this Dunkin anymore. Very rude and unprofessional.

Whoever was working the drive thru Wednesday morning (3/12) around 9am needs to get better training in customer service. There is no reason I should be handed the wrong drink 3 times due to lack of listening and be given attitude and no apology for their mistake. I don’t even believe my drink was remade properly, instead just dumped multiple times and missing ingredients added to the top. A simple mistake couldn’t be fixed and my experience was ruined thanks to that employee

I am so obsessed with the ladies who work here! I’ve been coming as for years and the women who work here are the most kind and hard working ladies. And FAST. I can’t believe I’m writing a review for DD but I was just thinking how much better this DD is compared to any other in the area.

With all of the chemicals, artificial sweeteners, and things that will basically kill you fast. The last thing I'm doing is giving a positive review to any dunkin' donuts. I avoid this and all locations like the plague. If you're smart, you will too. Or just go under a black coffee without anything else in it? Cuz that's the only thing that's halfway decent. Personally? I prefer making it myself.

The service was good a ordered online it was ready. The APP sucks it has the wrong address and sent me 2 miles from the actual store. I was literally right next to a Dunkin and placed the order but when I went into the store it wasn't the right store. Then I followed the directions to the store I supposedly ordered at and there was no store there. I done Drove back to where I started and was told the address was on 314 EAST route 59 not WEST. What a waste of my time and gas sitting in traffic go to a non existent store then having to back track. FIX THE ADDRESS!
