My boyfriend and I go here often so this review is long overdo. We always have great service. Yesterday we had Mike. He was wonderful and attentive. The food was very good. Always start with the cheddar bay biscuits. Treat yourself to one! And the meals were exceptionally good. We posted pics of our crab and shrimp dinners. Good service, friendly atmosphere.

You know I've really had it with this place, amazing food however everytime I go it's just a bunch of nonsense. Service is horrible they take too long. I just went with my family with a table of 3 and they said they stop seating at 9pm. I showed the gentlemen my phone and it was 8:50.. like y'all close at 10/11 that's bad customer service. They lost me and my family as customers. Peace out, will NOT recommend this location..

Throughout my life I've dined in Red Lobsters all over the country and this place by far is the most malodorous from the entrance to the dining area. The atmosphere was just ok, lighting was rather poor, and the drinks were subpar. The meal was mid grade. A complete overhaul is warranted as the decor was exceptionally dated. Attention is required.

I use to Love this place been going there for years never had any complaints but lately they been slaking. when I order my food and wait time was ridiculously crazy because 3 employees pass me coming thru that take out window/door and ask me what am I waiting for and they never return. One employee asked and she walked away towards bar have no idea why did she even ask me, that was weird and last thing got sour cream and it was expired. Totally disappointed at this place.

The restaurant was filled approximately 33% with patrons. With all of the empty booths / tables Couldn't understand why incoming patrons were being seated next to each other ?With plenty of empty booths / tables, would it have make sense to spread patrons (every other booth / table) out from each other ?
