Nicely decorated very colorful and attentive staff but the food is flavorless bland needed salt in every dish we ordered down to the salsa for chips given at the start. better tasty Mexican restaurants in the area and in stony point !! This one NOT IT

This restaurant has gone down. Tables with wrinkles table cloth, bathroom dirty no paper. Food salty, full of food coloring Very poor description of the menu. Pork very tiny pieces full of salt, all i taste was salt. No desire to go back.

Great food and drinks, super great service. I'm very picky about Mexican food and really enjoyed the salsa, rice, beans, and chicken enchiladas. Not the best I've ever had but still very good. Well seasoned, slow cooked chicken, and the sauces were tasty. 3 in our party have Celiac and let them know that, and they told us anything baked and uses corn tortillas (enchiladas for example) is safe and they let the kitchen know about the dietary restriction. A bit expensive but it's the NY area I suppose. Altogether I'd go back for sure.
Dietary restrictions: Enchiladas and any of the single proteins are gf. Tell them you have celiac.

Went here the other day and it was just marvelous 100% recommended. I had the steak fajitas and they were just so delicious and the service was amazing very attentive. And to “ K A” I would say I have to disagree with your statement on the seasoning and on the waitress comment I was greeted with a great smile by Rebecca and she was charismatic and patient and maybe try to get your taste buds checked?

Hey visiting here today and my waitress was just lovely. She gave wonderful service with her polite mannerisms, and funny humor. She said her name was “Rebeca” and kept being attentful the entire night! I had an amazing mexico city margarita (I would recommend) and a flavorful fajita bowl. I usually don’t leave reviews but the service was just delightful. Definitely will be returning!!
I went here last night around 8pm. It was pretty empty other than a few other ppl. I was seated quickly a waitress came by to take my order. I gave her my order and then realized she never gave me her name which is customary as a waitress. She gives it to me.. “Rebecca” and then asks for mine which is not customary and a little weird but hey I gave it to her. I asked for a straw for my water and salt on the rim of my margarita and I was missing both and had to ask again. Other than that service was ok. The food… steak fajitas were just OK. Tender but there was a lack of something.. seasoning I don’t know. The chips and salsa were just ok. The salsa didn’t have any kick and was too thin for my liking. The drink was the best part. Passion margarita . Strong and sweet. Overall I wasn’t very impressed and probably won’t be back. I don’t think it was worth $50.

Traveling Cosmos and Tacos
Ok! This is not your average typical local Mexican restaurant! We loved everything about this place from the decor walking in to the large variety of food on the menu! I started with a blueberry flavored sangria. It was delicious !! I ordered a shrimp dish that came with yellow rice, and salad. The shrimp was perfectly cooked the chorizo in the rice was a perfect addition. The sour cream that came with the quesadillas was flavored with peppercor, that was a nice twist. I will add this to my list of places to stop and eat while in Nanuet for sure.! ??
Stopped in for a late lunch for some Mexican food. Service was good and the food was outstanding. I could see this being a busy place during peak hours for lunch and dinner.
