I stopped into this Starbucks and had a really great experience from start to finish, so I’m giving it a full 5 stars. The location is super convenient, and as soon as I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Even though it’s a busy area and the store gets a steady flow of customers, the staff handled everything with patience and professionalism. They were friendly, quick to help, and really made the whole visit easy and pleasant.

My drink came out perfectly—fresh, made exactly the way I ordered it, and with great consistency. That’s something I really appreciate because some locations can be hit or miss, but this one definitely gets it right. The food items were also well-stocked and looked fresh, which isn’t always the case at every Starbucks. The store itself was clean, organized, and comfortable enough to sit in for a bit and relax.

What stood out to me most was the overall smoothness of the whole experience. No long wait, no mistakes, no issues—just good service, good drinks, and a good vibe. If you’re passing through this area and need a coffee stop, this Starbucks is definitely worth visiting. I’ll happily come back again.

I come to this location often, but today made me uncomfortable. An older man politely asked about the price of a small bag of coffee beans, and after he walked away, Alison said, “Or you could’ve walked to the cashier and checked the price,” in a fresh tone. Another staff member added, “They’re just old people,” and they all laughed. I get that work can be fun, but be mindful of what you say when a customer is around. It felt really disrespectful.

Let me start with I’ve never left a review in my life, I don’t have time for that. Ordered a coffee from uber eats from this location, I received the wrong order. No problem, it happens. HOWEVER, when I went onto uber eats to order a fresh new coffee instead of being sent that I was sent the disgusting old one that’s been sitting on the store counter for nearly 2 hours. How in the fresh hell am I being sent an old coffee instead of my new one? Why are the employees being aloud to take my drink I bought and paid for while they send me melted watered down garbage? I’m just bamboozled about the whole flipping situation. It’s honestly disgusting that I was given an old product, if I had just received the CORRECT ORDER to begin with then this would have been an issue.

This is difficult to put my finger on here. The staff is friendly and provide service with a smile. The problem is that typically one out of two times, there's an issue with her order. They typically mess up my wife's order. Sometimes it's white mocha sometimes it's chocolate mocha when it's supposed to be the other sometimes it's cold when it's supposed to be hot and sometimes has whip cream.

The drinks when right, are well made. The store is just on the edge of being clean.

This has to be the most mediocre Starbucks ever. With prices like that, make sure people’s orders are made as ordered.

I always look forward to my Starbucks trips as a little pick me up after a long day or week. I'm mostly going through the drive-thru, and everyone who works here is so friendly, even when they are under pressure during rush hour. I really wanted to take the time to shout out the team, because I've had many experiences where poor customer service has impacted my day.

The team today in particular, Erica, Jazzy, Chino, and Alison were the best. My dog thoroughly enjoyed his pup cup, and I noticed a sweet message on my coffee cup. It's the little things! Two happy customers here, and I'll go out of my way to visit the Nanuet location.

4/13/25 around 10am I experienced the worst customer service ever. The service was beyond slow , but that’s just one thing . I was patiently waiting. After a while I asked about my order instead of an apology what made the experience worse was, I observed two employees sarcastically talking about me and laughing, which made me feel embarrassed and disrespected. Employees should get proper customer service training!! Totally unacceptable.

I was recommended to go to Starbucks on March 23rd, 2025. When I stepped in there was line and I went to order a traveler with a friend. She ordered a drink and traveler. She had change and was giving it to the cashier ( a young Caucasian woman). She said I have the exact change and the cashier stated that I already have the amount and my friend said but I have the exact change. She look at my friend like asked her to sell her a kidney. Then looks at me for validation. I never saw this in my decades of existence that asking for exact change would be such an issue. Then I went to order a traveler and he and an Asian guy started sighing that it would take 20 minutes to make. Okay, that’s fine. They both looked like oh I thought they would cancel. What a difference staff makes. Saturday staff needs to train Sunday staff asap. I will always work out if Sunday staff is present.

On March 22nd, 2025, I came into this establishment not knowing how to order coffee for a large group. I spoke to a young African American and he understood me immediately and helped me get want I needed. And staff women maybe the manager explained what comes with it and ask if I needed anything else. I really appreciate good customer service. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names but they were on the morning shift.

Costumer service is not good , last time I went I ordered a strawberry lemonade they told me they didn’t have so my second option was a caramel ribbon crunch both girls looked at each other and started laughing bc they didn’t want to make it very unprofessional, my drink tasted really bad also . They need new baristas .
