I don't know why they lockup before 9pm when it says otherwise

4/13/25 around 10am I experienced the worst customer service ever. The service was beyond slow , but that’s just one thing . I was patiently waiting. After a while I asked about my order instead of an apology what made the experience worse was, I observed two employees sarcastically talking about me and laughing, which made me feel embarrassed and disrespected. Employees should get proper customer service training!! Totally unacceptable.

I was recommended to go to Starbucks on March 23rd, 2025. When I stepped in there was line and I went to order a traveler with a friend. She ordered a drink and traveler. She had change and was giving it to the cashier ( a young Caucasian woman). She said I have the exact change and the cashier stated that I already have the amount and my friend said but I have the exact change. She look at my friend like asked her to sell her a kidney. Then looks at me for validation. I never saw this in my decades of existence that asking for exact change would be such an issue. Then I went to order a traveler and he and an Asian guy started sighing that it would take 20 minutes to make. Okay, that’s fine. They both looked like oh I thought they would cancel. What a difference staff makes. Saturday staff needs to train Sunday staff asap. I will always work out if Sunday staff is present.

H\u0026R Event Planning

On March 22nd, 2025, I came into this establishment not knowing how to order coffee for a large group. I spoke to a young African American and he understood me immediately and helped me get want I needed. And staff women maybe the manager explained what comes with it and ask if I needed anything else. I really appreciate good customer service. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names but they were on the morning shift.

Costumer service is not good , last time I went I ordered a strawberry lemonade they told me they didn’t have so my second option was a caramel ribbon crunch both girls looked at each other and started laughing bc they didn’t want to make it very unprofessional, my drink tasted really bad also . They need new baristas .

How horrible the renovation of Starbucks was and the customer service remains the same, terrible service. I will no longer buy from Starbucks 😡 especially when it does not support Hispanics. I don't know how children of Latinos continue to work for a Racist company.😡😠😡

Let’s start off by saying I’m not from here. I came here for a weekend getaway with my S/O.
Before leaving Sunday morning we stopped at Starbucks to get ourselves some drinks for the drive back.
Our drinks were made but mine wasn’t made to my preference. I kindly asked the girl to kindly add more lemonade as I drink it lighter. (Mind you this wasn’t the original girl who made my drink she was blonde this girl had dark hair had to add the boys were very sweet.) She goes back dumps probably 1 cm of my drink out and adds lemonade and comes back with the drink looking the exact same. I then kindly repeated myself and said more lemonade please I like it light.
She immediately stopped in her tracks and looked at me straight… did I stutter? Do i have something on my face? I’m confused. I asked for something to be done three times and the three times it was made incorrectly. At that point she decided to be petty and hand me a drink with only lemonade in it when clearly my drink said. Venti Strawberry lemonade extra ice and extra lemonade no berries. At this point I’m upset i already struggle with enough social anxiety to say anything about the drink in the first place and ended up leaving with a drink that i spend 6.25 on that i won’t even be drinking. Got back in my car and sat in tears for five whole minutes bc i then got an anxiety attack about the whole interaction. The three other workers were beyond kind. But this girl with very curly dark hair was not. Working at Starbucks isn’t for everyone. Either deal with it or go get another job.

The worst customer service!! Pick and choose who to be nice to. I'm paying 7$ for a cup of coffee. As a manager I would feel like a failure if I had a brand new remodel and the staff is just miserable.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I waited almost 15-20 minutes for my mobile order. I watched them give a family three incorrect orders of drinks and food. My food never came. After standing there for 15 minutes waiting and not one employee questioned why I was still waiting as they were all gathered and talking amongst themselves. The store was not crowded. When I questioned why was everyone standing around and I still didn’t have my food then and only then was there any urgency. Low and behold the family with the incorrect orders had my food in their bag. I watched this bag being handed to them by an employee so they didn’t pick up my food by mistake. Suddenly my food appeared from out of the family that was waiting bag. They handed it to the employee and then tried to hand it to me meanwhile the manager doesn’t see this happening and proceeded to tell me someone stole my food. Disappointing and Disgusting behavior at this location. Word of advice in these days and time people do not want to eat food or drinks that have been touched by others other than employees. Disgusting!

This location of Starbucks is very poor. The baristas seem lazy and badly trained, as a result the store is extremely dirty and even has a sickening smell. The floors and tables are all sticky and dusty, and the bathrooms are even worse. The drink quality is horrible and the food is bad as well, I received my bagel which looks like it had been bitten? The employees are rude and look miscommunicated. I witnessed a tall employee with the nametag ous yell at a customer after he had waited very long and his drink hadn't come out. I believe that employee should be fired immediately. The employees are just the ones to blame for such a poor store
