This is the place to go for fresh local ingredients and amazing flavor combinations. The Rockcastle is a favorite of regulars for good reason, and it’s deliciously addictive. Down to earth and friendly family-run local business with a artsy vibe. The Rueben sandwich was delicious. The corned beef was tender and flavorful—better than any Rueben I’d ever had. The owner told me they cook it in house. I could tell it was special!
