It's been a few years since I've visited the very popular Luigi's - when I next vacation here, Luigi's is at the top of my go-to-eat list..! Had lunch here - I had a fried eggplant sub and was it ever delicious~! My aunt and my sister's in-laws are Italian and I can tell you Luigi's serves authentic Italian food. The place smells heavenly, is reminiscent of a fast-paced New York Deli with the friendly staff on their toes to prepare and serve your dish. Eat inside or al fresco. They don't take reservations, so be prepared to wait - it is SO worth it~!Dietary restrictions: There are gluten-free options on the menu~!Parking: Be prepared to search for a parking spot on the street and perhaps a bit of a walk.

Ordered a couple pizzas and wings and it was all so good. The chicken wing pizza could use more sauce (but that’s me being greedy bc the sauce is my favorite part, now I just know to ask for extra next time.) It didn’t really matter though bc the crust was so good; I’m not a huge fan of pizza bc I’m boujie about the quality of the dough but it was so good the amount of sauce didn’t even matter, it was scrumptious and hit the spot. My only critique to y’all would be getting online ordering set up bc I’m not a fan of being on the phone and I know answering it takes up more of y’alls time. But the person who answered my call was so nice and patient which helped relieve my phone call anxiety. When I picked the order up the guys working were so nice, the one that had made the pizzas offered to carry them out to my car, told him I was ok but he insisted on at least walking over to open the door for me. Customer service 100/10.

We come from Canandaigua whenever we can to sit outside and enjoy pizza and wings.
The pizza is better than the number of places we have in Canandaigua to choose from. The hot wings are awesome!

Went for the first time in almost ten years. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Five mins later the next customer ordered a pepperoni pizza. 20 mins later they got their food before us. Our pizza was nothing like it used to be, and the crust was completely burnt. Air hockey was cool, but not that cool. Try again Luigi :(

Great pizza, great service, great value! Nothing like a good small town pizza place.
Good wings, Pizza ok, but I really like thick crust Chicago style. (I was in Chicago Friday, your not even close) Not especially nice ambiance. Service was only mediocre. I got what I paid for, but will choose better in the future. Pizza, wings, and beer are all about western NY, so why is Milwaukie soo much better?

We were drinking beers and playing battle ship at Naples Brewing Company and decided to order a pizza from Luigi's, conveniently located across the street. The service was great, and they were willing to bring the pizza right to us at the brewery. We ordered a white garlic based small pizza with broccoli, ricotta and roasted red peppers...what a treat. Would 100% nibble up there again

This place is run down, dirty and has terrible service. I stopped in at 7:00 PM for a meatball sub. I paid for the food and left a tip. 40 minutes later I went and asked where my food was. When I finally did get served I got a large piece of bread, a lot of cheese and not very many meatballs. The bathroom is run down and dingy. I saw that another group did not get all the food they ordered. I would advise that you go anywhere else, this place is a dive.
