After being super excited for a certain flavor of their soft serve (I had the coconut before and was so excited to have it again), I had 1 bite and it was just all off. It was really bad , did not taste like last time but rather chemically , weird aftertaste, honestly just tasted toxic, like it was a bad batch / accident. So I politely asked for another flavor they said only vanilla or chocolate. I said “but I paid for a flavor.” The man , the owner maybe, yelled from the side, out of sight…. “no arguing” , I wasn’t even arguing. The older man should not be working around people. Very very very rude. They reluctantly gave me a strawberry hard serve.. not soft serve.. just disappointing because it was clearly a bad batch. , it’s not like it was my fault. Just overall disappointing upsetting experience.

The owners of this establishment have horrible customer service and lack overall social skills/ manners. During just one trip for ice cream I witnessed two incidents where they were not accommodating and rude to customers. The older gentleman is grumpy and off putting. Unfortunately will not be returning :/

I had a terrible experience 3 times now so I feel as though I owe it to future customers to warn them. Memorial Day we came to get icecream and food. It took 40 mins to get some chicken fingers and fries for my kids and they were super saturated with oil and just not „fresh” having waited so long for them to make. And there was no one else there ordering anything so it’s not like it was just….just us, a family of 5 (adults and 3 toddlers under 4). We came 4th if July and I ordered 3 small cups of icecream and asked for a cone in the side and the guy YELLED „these are not free you know!” And I said „I apologize I didn’t know but I’m happy to pay for them.” But why the yelling?!?! Super duper rude! Also when I asked for extra napkins because their napkin holder was empty, they gave me ONE… I bought 3 icecream and I have 3 toddlers… Now my 3rd experience during Labor Day, I watched a customer get a coconut flavor and it was terrible. She stated that it tasted like a chemical and because she took a huge bite initially she started to feel sick…the lady said she can’t get a replacement and the guy, form the back/side yelled „no arguing!” But she wasn’t arguing.. she was the nicest person ever. They reluctantly offered her an icecream without a flavor but she originally paid for a flavor… the customer politely said she didnt mean to be a pain but for them to try it, it tasted like pure chemicals, maybe when the machine was cleaned it wasn’t rinsed well? They offered her a „hard icecream flavor” but not a soft serve that you mix… which is WHAT SHE ORIGINALLY PAID FOR. a few moments later a mom with two kids came and the boy fell out of the car getting in and dropped his icecream. The mom asked if there was any way they can give her some icecream at no charge, the lady said no and they don’t do that because it was their fault. Out of principle the mom didn’t buy a replacement and went to get her son icecream elsewhere. WE WILL NOT RETURN. We have a family of 20+ multiple times a summer and we will all boycott this place. Terrible service. Retire if you hate working with people and serving customers. Do the town a favor and let someone else run this place.

Worst ever experience getting ice cream. 3 people there 3 people infront of us took 25 minutes. The young girl with brown hair at the counter was nasty and should get a hearing aid she screwed up the order. I repeated twice what I wanted and still wrong. Won't go there ever again. It is not like when Nora had it.

Was the WORST experience of my whole life from going out to get ice cream! The owner is psychotic and threatened one of my friends and I for no good reason at all! We almost had to call the police on him and have him arrested! Anyone who goes or supports this place definitely should think twice!
Ice cream isn't good but we had an awful experience -- man behind the counter came running out and yelled at a mom with 2 young children and elderly grandmother. The mom bought her kids some ice cream and was eating some food of her own, a little takeway container, at the outdoor picnic table while the kids had their ice cream. Owner came over and berated them, screaming that they had to get out, the littlest child began crying and ice cream melted all over her. The woman asked him why he didn't simply speak with her, as she would have happily put her food away if it was an issue. She said she was a regular customer. He said he never even noticed and continued yelling. He has anger management issues, it was inexcusable behavior. My main gripe here is I am pretty sure this man would never have treated a larger or older man like that, or someone who could fight back. But a mom and her two kids, sure. Inexcusable. Especially at a place that caters to kids and families. Go elsewhere.

Good soft serve — recommend vanilla or chocolate: friends ordered other flavors of soft serve- definitely lacked flavor. But classic flavors were good — ask for extra sprinkles!
