Had the sunday buffet. Has more variety than Sitar Palace in Orangeburg but the flavor is better at Sitar Palace. This was a little suprising because when i went there 2 years ago, i remember it being much better. Maybe the flavors were changed for the local clientele because i saw a more diverse crowd than before. The place had much more meat selections and also offered fresh naan and roti. The buffet price of $20/person was cheap for the variety of food. They also had some fish dishes that were good. The food was hot and replenished quickly. The used dishes were quickly taken away and the water was refilled promptly. I guess some of the other reviewers caught them at an off day.

The last couple of times we ordered from here, we were very disappointed. The food tastes different, and not in a good way. It is also a bit frustrating that they send out promotions, like a free naan with each meal, but then will either forget, or only send one naan even if we order like 5 entrees. It's weird that you have to negotiate for their own promotions. Not likely to be going back for more.
not sure if they got a new chef but last year their hakka noodles were UNTOUCHABLE , hands down the best noodles i’ve ever had … now i’m not sure whats going on but it’s so bad and taste so different … i keep ordering it thinking maybe they just had a off day but i get disappointed every time ..😣 bring back that old Recipe

I went there to have buffet they serve 11:30 am and i was there before when they were setting up the buffet. So we started eating right after they finish setting up and half of the items were cold like sheikh kababs, tandoori chicken, uttapam, baingan pakodas. I was wondering how this can be possible. We were 3 eating on the table and they only serve us 1 naan cut into 4 pieces and there were not people there even. Only two tables were booked including ours. I don’t know who the made those really pathetic gulab jamuns which they were serving in buffet. Chicken tikka masala was not heated up at proper temperature so that the chicken inside curry becomes soft and tender. At the end, they served total shitty food at a very high price of $19.99+tax per person. Not going back there ever again.
