This is without a doubt the worst carvel. The previous owner (Madeline) was an incredible lady and owner and we have gone there for years. The new owners are horrible. I went to buy a cake and they grossly overcharged me. They give less ice cream than any other carvel I have ever been to. The freezers are always broken, the lights are broken and the store is filthy. I can say so much more but you get the idea. Check out other carvels and then go to the dirty dumpy one in New City and you will see the difference. We need to stand together and let business owners like this know we won’t put up with the way they do business. There are other options in New City for I’ve Cream that are so much better.

We don't have Carvel near where I live so we had to stop in and get a cone to remind us of the yummy goodness from the old days. They did not disappoint! Ice cream was delicious and the service by owner Janet was absolutely awesome! She is so friendly and welcoming and so fun to talk to. It was a great experience and I've dropped a pin on the map... We will be back!!
