Came there today for a dozen doughnuts and a few egg bagels. The doughnuts were perfect but they don't put the cheese on until after they cook the bacon, eggs, sausage or anything for that matter. Okay-ish service at most and I don’t know about you but I’d hope my cheese is cooked with my sandwich.

The workers there are getting slow and now seem not to care about their job or the customers. They are just getting slower and slower these days. I never had a problem with them before so I just don’t understand what is going on there now. I used to like to stop there and get my food and drink before going to work at Shoorute but now seem to dread it.

This dunkin is so sad. Could be such a pretty location but they are flys everywhere and always so dirty. Dunkin also hires incapable people to work at this location who constantly joke around with each other, and work at the slowest pace ever. Every time I go my order is always messed up or something is missing. Workers just hanging out on their phones right in front of customers when many people are waiting for orders. There is maybe only 1 good worker at this dunkin and I don’t see her that often anymore. For everyone else they need to be retrained or fired because it’s not a hard job to do but they make it so difficult for everyone else.

It’s sad how this beautiful DD looks so dirty, with flies all over. The selection of donuts is super bad. It’s 1pm and they are about to run out of donuts. Staff is on the phone and the area they work looks dirty. Honestly sad the management needs to step it up…

This D&D in New City next to 711, is the best most accurate service. Hustle and bustle of the am is no problem for the staff here. Millie is the sweetest most hard working manager who makes sure every order is perfect! Shout out to you Millie! Thank you for great service everyday! This is the place to come.

Terrible service. They now offer curbside pickup but only in theory. Waited half hour outside for ONE coffee and donut before going into the store to find the coffee had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long with the clear label on it that said “curbside”. No donut. I had to go to the counter and wait another 10 minutes to ask for my donut. Smh.

Worse service ever. I stop by for a tea on Monday nights and the employees will literally ignore you for up to 10 minutes while walking around doing nothing. It's like a competition to not serve anyone. People literally walk off the line every time I've gone. Only DD in New City.
