The Dunkin’ Donuts in New City, New York is one of my favorite spots to grab a great cup of coffee. Every visit is a consistently enjoyable experience. The coffee is always fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I’m looking for to start my day or take a quick break.
The service here is excellent—friendly, efficient, and welcoming, making every visit pleasant and hassle-free. The staff goes out of their way to ensure customers feel comfortable and taken care of. Another nice touch is that the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, which always adds to the overall experience.

They always give bacon when I specifically say no bacon. Did not give refund and does not fix the issue. I’m not sure if the workers make a mistake every single time or it’s just to be annoying. This happens EVERY TIME. Don’t bother with this store, they never get it right

The 3 girls in the front counter having a deep conversation and couldn’t be bothered when I politely asked for a bag and didn’t even call out my order when it was ready bc of their conversion needs to get a lesson on customer service. On 7/18 at 8am. Wasn’t even busy since we are in summer session.

Employees do not know how to make shaken espresso and iced cappuccino. After asking them to remake the iced shaken espresso and my iced cappuccino. They just blended both drinks to where the ice completely disappeared. I the taste is horrible. I give up on this place.
Came there today for a dozen doughnuts and a few egg bagels. The doughnuts were perfect but they don't put the cheese on until after they cook the bacon, eggs, sausage or anything for that matter. Okay-ish service at most and I don’t know about you but I’d hope my cheese is cooked with my sandwich.

The workers there are getting slow and now seem not to care about their job or the customers. They are just getting slower and slower these days. I never had a problem with them before so I just don’t understand what is going on there now. I used to like to stop there and get my food and drink before going to work at Shoorute but now seem to dread it.
