Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Danny’s for the great food and the amazing service. We were stranded for hours and they took care of us and let us sit in the store while we waited for the tow truck and our ride! If we ever get back your way we will be sure to stop in. ❤️

Hilltop deli was a staple for years .. food food , family run business.. it was sold times the few years after Jean passed away . The first owner kept the cleanliness and traditions.. now it’s Danny’s pizza and deli .. reminds me of the south Bronx .. food sucked and I got sick after eating a cheese pizza slice . Place with the place looked liks a toilet with all the white tile .. the neighborhood is gone , glad I sold

Now named Danny's Deli, this place is pretty good! They have excellent food and the service is fantastic. I went there for take out on 10/26/21. My son loves their Margarita Eggplant Pizza. Though he wasn't very happy that pizza sold out earlier, he did enjoy a slice of the Cheese pizza and said it was "AMAZING"!I ordered a sandwich. It was not made the way I asked, but with a toaster oven home I was able to crisp up the hero roll and it was also very good!Give them a chance. They bought the Hilltop and are trying to keep up with the same menu offered by Hilltop. The place is clean and we'll kept. Hopefully this place will become a fav, as much as we all liked the former. Around here the Hilltop deli was a staple in our New City neighborhood. Let's help make Danny's the same.

A bunch of crooks!!!

Order from Danny’s almost daily. Very friendly staff and always willing to accommodate my crazy requests. Danny makes you feel that you are important to his business. Chicken francaise is outstanding as well as the scampi. I’m sure I’ll work my way through the entire menu.

New menu prices are too expensive.Even if its just breakfast sandwiches that your going there for.

It's a shame that the original owners sold the deli. They actually knew how to run a good deli. The new owners have no clue what they're doing. When I was a kid and the original deli was there, if you ordered a hero, they'd get your order right the first time and they'd pack your hero full. These days, they can barely get an order right and they skimp on what they give you. On top of that, everything is over priced.

This place has been around for 50 years, and for good reason. Family owned and operated. Great sandwiches, pizza, salads, hot foods, coffee. Personally been going here for over 35 years. Fast and friendly service for amazing deli and pizza.

Fantastic place to grab some food when in a rush. Their service is speedy, pricing is convenient, great mood. Would recommend to others

Ever since the original owners sold the business it’s been going down hill...staff is unfriendly and the food quality is not the same.

Breakfast sandwiches are awesome.

I order two lobster bisque soup and i got a tomato soup. This is not fun, and i also waited 45 mins. This is not cool
