I’ve been here multiple times with my family and kids and the staff have been nothing short of great. Chris, Eric and Hannah have all been exceptional in their service. Usually I come in when it is very busy and they all still manage to get me my donuts and drinks in a timely manner. The only negative is that I’ve heard not so great things about the owners. Other than that love the products and staff.
Awesome place!!!!!!! Absolutely delicious doughnuts, I haven’t tried them all yet ;) but the ones I did have were AMAZING!!! Staff is warm and friendly as well. Keep up the great job Mochinut New City we are definitely coming back for more.
Love the donuts!, however as of late there have been fewer flavor options. Visited a few times and racks are empty or filled with many of the same flavors. ALSO BUBBLE TEA CONTAINERS ARE CHEAP QUALITY and fragile. More than one occasion where if YOUR GRIP IS TOO FIRM on your cup or God forbid you accidentally drop it, containers will burst open and you will lose your drink. My container burst open just from entering my car while holding donuts and holding my container firmly....
