I am more specifically referring to Wow Bao which is located within Red Mango's store, in the strip mall at the end of South Main Street, but I can comment first generally about this location. Red Mango is a frozen yogurt and smoothie chain, but within this store there are two other businesses. 'Great American Cookies," that makes cookie cakes and other desserts, and 'Wow Bao," which is Chinese/Asian food. Other than Red Mango who has their sign above the store outside, the other two are just randomly inside, sharing space, and you would have no idea they were there unless someone told you, or like me, found out when I was doing Uber Eats for a short time, and was directed there for delivery pick ups for Wow Bao and had to call the store through the app and find out where they were because I didn't see a sign in the shopping center with that name (which is when I was told it was inside the store of Red Mango.Every time I have been sent to Wow Bao as an UE driver, even when I didn't get there too quickly after getting the delivery request, I ALWAYS had to wait 15+ minutes for the food to be ready (this food is nothing more than similar dishes you would get at a Chinese take-out place where they would cook it in 5 minutes). The other day I was in that area running areas and decided I wanted to try their food. I was obviously aware of their wait time when I was delivering, so I placed an order on the UE app and then decided to run a couple of errands before heading over to pick up. I headed over about 15 minutes after placing the order. I arrived, there was no one else in the store, the two workings were standing around, not working on other orders, I told them my name and that I was picking up a Wow Bao order (again, because they have 3 different businesses in one store). I was told that it would be at LEAST a 15-20 minute wait (this was already 15 minutes after I ordered it.I was PISSED, but I had already paid for it through the UE app, so I sat and waited. AGAIN, this is nothing more than Chinese food. I have no idea what took so long. I think the kid was only waiting on rice in a rice cooker to be done because the whole time I waited he just stood there. He wasn't cooking anything, he was just checking in the pot that he ended up scooping the rice from and into my takeout container. I am unsure where the chicken I ordered came from, but I didn't see him cook it. I ordered a Bowl and 2 Bao - $17.99 (Kung Pao Chicken "bowl" and one chicken teriyaki bao and one beef bao (palm sized stuffed dumpling things).After FINALLY getting the food, I went to my car and decided to eat there before doing a few more errands. The chicken teriyaki was NOT good. It had NO flavor, no sauce, no seasoning. It was as bland as a piece of cardboard. The bao, once I bit into it, were each slightly a different color because one was chicken and one was beef, but not only were they disgusting taste wise, but I couldn't tell which one was beef and which was chicken...Not by taste or sight. I will only say that this restaurant is lucky that they share a space with two other places because if they were in their own standalone place, they would be out of business in a day. For the prices they charge (my meal was $17.99), the taste of the food no better than chewing on a piece of wood, and wait time EVERY SINGLE TIME (this isn't a one time long wait time for my order, as I mentioned when I delivered for UE, every time I went there it was a at least 15+ minutes, and NO OTHER RESTAURANT I ever picked up a delivery from was long like that). Don't waste your time or money here. Maybe other locations are better, I can only base my review on this one, but it is disgusting, takes way too long, and is overpriced.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years. Was excited to treat myself to some fro-yo. Was super sad to see this slop being prepared for me behind the counter. I expected the yogurt to be frozen but this was partially melted and the lid being put on top is a soda cup lid. The soda cup lid did not effectively contain the yogurt and it spilled out the sides and melted into the bag by the time I got home. I was expecting to receive a regular dome shaped plastic lid. They told me I can only have that if I order a medium or a large size yogurt. Cutting costs is compromising quality. I will not be back.

I placed an online order on Dec 25th.When I went there to pick up the food,noticed that the store was closed.I called them next day to get cancel the order and get my refund as suggested my credit card company. But unfortunately the staff was rude and directed me to call their corporate office.When I asked forbthe number, they even don't know the corporate office number.Thanks to Google to locate the number.I left a message to the corporate office to resolve the problem. Nothig heard back from them yet.Most probably I need to call my credit card company to get my refund.Such a bad experience.Don't even deserve any star.

The first and last time came to this store we got here at 7:15 and the store close at 8:00 pm employees were in such a rush to close that they rushed us to order so much which made it so uncomfortable. Came with my kids and my mother and with everyone's order they were is that, they didn't ask us if we want toppings or extras all they want is close, and is not only 45 minutes before 8 they were very rude. We sat so the kids can enjoy their ice cream they were almost cleaning on top of us, so we left so they can finish the ice in my car ? we are not coming back to a place where customers are rushing to leave ?

When ordering the frozen yogurt, take notice of the toppings. Went the other night , ordered a small yogurt with two toppings. Much to my chagrin, I noticed a bug crawling in and out of various toppings, and a dead ant in the minced graham cracker topping. Bad enough to see that, but Imagine what we don't see. Won't go there again.
