Food and drinks were amazing! Oxtails and their beans were the stars but everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. The staff was attentive and made sure we had drinks throughout our stay.

Salon Pilon has the best food in New City! They are attentive, the atmosphere is beautiful and they have great music. This is my go to every time I have family or friends over. They love it as well!

The star of the show was def the FOOD , the chef did his thing !! Perfectly cooked churrasco with tostones and and an amazing house salad , wife had the shrimp mofongo that had this amazing crunchy / soft texture so GOOD! We drove from Westchester and it was well worth the drive. Not only will we be back but will recommend to our friends 🇵🇷👍🏼🇵🇷
