I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at your establishment. When I requested to have sauce placed on the rice instead of the chicken, I was informed there would be an additional charge. I was also charged extra for using a card, which seemed unfair given that cash payments should not incur the same additional fee. Furthermore, when I asked if the sauce from the chicken could be placed on the rice, I was once again told there would be an extra charge. The service provided by the lady at the front was unprofessional, and she even threw the receipt when I asked for it. On the other hand, the gentleman in the kitchen was polite and accommodating. I believe the staff at the front should mirror the same level of professionalism and courtesy, as this significantly affects the overall customer experience. For reference, China Garden offers much better customer service.

Omg! The best boneless bbq rib tips I’ve had in Rockland!I asked for extra bbq sauce and they up charged me for it and packed it in the bag! I’m very happy about that and it was reasonable ( some cents).Then they packed the extra sauce and condiments in a little ziplock bag, that was a really nice touch that everything wasn’t all over the place and the sauce didn’t spill.They stapled the bag up, and tied it in a plastic bag, ( I ordered through Uber eats) and I appreciated this a lot.All in all great food, and great packaging /customer consideration.
