The food here is cooked to order, so it’s fresh and piping hot. Friendly owners and extensive menu. They have family deals which my family absolutely love. Is da bomb.

I have now ordered from this restaurant over 10 times in the last two weeks —Yes the food is that good !! So well prepared , seasoned and presented!!!!! I cannot wait to go in person —This is undoubtedly the best Chineses food in Rockland County!!!!!!

Food was meh but the service was horrendous. Called ahead for Won Ton Soup, chicken and broccoli and lo mein and the guy on the phone said 25 minutes. I took me 15 minutes to drive there and I waited in the parking lot for another 10 minutes. I go inside and waited another 23 minutes. Meanwhile, while I was waiting the phone guy just kept telling everybody 25 minutes. That was my first and last visit.

Best Chinese takeout in the area, and I've tried all them in Nanuet, New City and Pearl River. I highly recommend the Happy Family. They even include small lobster tail. This is the Shen Wang in New City, not the one down the street from CVS

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at your establishment. When I requested to have sauce placed on the rice instead of the chicken, I was informed there would be an additional charge. I was also charged extra for using a card, which seemed unfair given that cash payments should not incur the same additional fee. Furthermore, when I asked if the sauce from the chicken could be placed on the rice, I was once again told there would be an extra charge. The service provided by the lady at the front was unprofessional, and she even threw the receipt when I asked for it. On the other hand, the gentleman in the kitchen was polite and accommodating. I believe the staff at the front should mirror the same level of professionalism and courtesy, as this significantly affects the overall customer experience. For reference, China Garden offers much better customer service.

The food here is amazing the prices here affordable here the food is actually is Amazing the steak and peppers here is my favorite the mom is very nice I dined in and the son sat down with me while I was eating and kept me company.

Been going here for years since highschool. Graduated college and it’s just as good. Great people and the lady in the front is always super nice and kind. Food is awesome as well and I feel prices aren’t bad. If you need a local spot definitely choose Shen weng!
