WARNING, more than 1/2 of the time I order from here something goes wrong. Today the app said my order was ready, but only part if it was. The rest of it took 20 minutes. Last time, they gave me the wrong drink. Before that, they forgot my whip. Then I get a lot of attitude from the staff when pointing out the problems. Order at your own risk

I come here in between working across the street. I get the same drink every time. Today I ordered a larger drink and they put 1/3 whip cream, 1/3 drink, 1/3 whip cream. I said this isn’t how you made it literally yesterday. And he said this is how we make it every time. So make sure you order your drink with no whip cream or it will be all whip cream. What a joke for a $7 drink

Hit or miss. Have had the best experiences here but have also seen baristas mocking customers for no reason. Highly dependent on who is working there on any given day. Sunday at 8:30 am and Saturday 10:00 am each time a different rude barista.

Sunday, September 22, at 8:30 am. Ordered two bagels with cream cheese on the app. Received my order without cream cheese. Requested cream cheese. Barista came over very confrontational ā€œdid you request cream cheese.ā€ I responded yes. He stepped away came back asked for my order bags and loudly exclaimed that I hadn’t ordered cream cheese "which costs 95 cents and I could have butterā€ and smirked. I HAD ordered cream cheese and because of some glitch in the app I need to face this rudeness at 8:30 am on a Sunday morning? With all the orders I place and money I spend on Starbucks, including being a generous tipper, the benefit of the doubt couldn't be extended and basic human courtesy shown? Disgusted and offended.

Not all Starbucks locations are created equal, to be sure. This one though? Worth a visit. The staff, whether new or veteran, can be very friendly. They can make your drinks well, if not perfectly, every time. I see them deal with difficult customers professionally and quickly. Enjoy their coffee like my family does.

The morning crew is way more pleasant than the afternoon crew. Afternoon barista's mess the coffee up 90% time. Aftertrips to starbucks where becoming a waste of money. Aaliyah(sorry if I spelled it wrong) and Shay are the best!!!! They definitely are the reason I come here.

I walked out even after paying. Ridiculous the way they barely communicate with customer and pile up everyone’s order on the counter and then you have to hunt for your order. I’ll stick with Dunkin’
