Very disappointing experience, especially on Christmas Day. I stopped by the New City Starbucks before 4:30 PM, assuming they were still open since their website clearly states they close at 4:30 PM. However, my younger sister was denied service at 4:08 PM because they said they were “already closed.”
If you’re going to close earlier, update your hours online. It’s frustrating to make the trip, especially on a holiday, only to be turned away while the store is still supposed to be open. Poor communication and even poorer customer service. Definitely won’t be relying on their posted hours again.

I come here like all the time and it’s the best starbucks ever. Every other starbucks messes up my drinks and makes them not as good as new city does. I love the workers too they are so nice ♥️

Used to be one of my daily spots but sadly their staff turnover is high and not great.
I went in today and watch 7 staff members walk past me as the register while I was holding about $150 in cups I wanted to buy as gifts.
Eventually I had to verbally say can someone check me out. I stood there no greeting, no acknowledgement that someone was coming until I had to beg to be checked out.

One Half of the Classy Ladies
There are two types of coffee heads. Ones that prefer Dunkin' or any other typical java or those with a refined sense of taste at Starbucks. I think everybody should tip their barista once in awhile. I am not a typical Starbucks customer. I actually have conversations with my barista. More people should interact and listen to people, strangers even. I am quite impressed with Starbucks. If I order a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher, it is very singular. The taste does not differ.

The location is easy to find, plenty of parking in the back. You have indoor and outdoor seating. This location emphasizes more on the outdoor seating than inside. Ordered take out, everything was as ordered. The section made for pickup orders is cramped in the back, you will see A lot of people standing around waiting for orders .

This place is overpriced, slow and coffee isn’t even that good. Block from here there’s place called TCM and it’s way better and quality of coffee is way better

WARNING, more than 1/2 of the time I order from here something goes wrong. Today the app said my order was ready, but only part if it was. The rest of it took 20 minutes. Last time, they gave me the wrong drink. Before that, they forgot my whip. Then I get a lot of attitude from the staff when pointing out the problems. Order at your own risk
