My boyfriend and I have gone to this location many times this summer and the service has steadily declined. Today, a sunday, we went to get burgers and it was totally empty. We sat down and no one came to us for 15 minutes. I would understand if it was busy, but there were like 4 cars in the parking lot and all the staff were just standing in the front doing nothing. A waiter walked past our table, and nothing. The staff doesn’t care about delivering service to the customers. The only people that do their job are the food runners that bring your food to the table. We left after waiting for 15 minutes because it was genuinely ridiculous and rude.

I feel compelled to write this review after a truly disappointing experience. The moment we walked in, it was clear the owner doesn't care about the restaurant or their staff. The place had a foul smell—which a staff member blamed on the beer—but I quickly saw why: small mice were scurrying from the dining room to the bar. We had just received our food but immediately asked for the check and left, barely touching it. When I discretely mentioned the issue to our waitress after paying, she casually admitted it had been a problem for months. On top of that, the restrooms were in desperate need of serious work. With the clear lack of care for cleanliness and maintenance, we will not be returning.
