My family and I rarely go out to eat and the day that we do, we had to deal with Juan M and his inability to provide good service. At least to me and my family. We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but after seeing him go above and beyond for his other tables around us it seemed like every interaction, we were just bothering him. We felt dismissed and didn’t do anything to deserve being treated this way. Sadly the food was good but we will never come back.

First off I have to start this review by saying that their food is great. Been here more than enough times to know that their food and drink is consistent and never fails. My go-to is the classic burger and my wife loves the grilled chicken dish. Fries are top notch. Service is always great. My only issue is the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Theres no sugar coating that. This is actually one of the main reasons I never became a regular. I hope they can go away from the classic pub bar bathroom vibe and tidy things up in there.

Hate to give them four stars considering I have been going here for years but most recently have had server issues the last handful of times I went. Place is not the cleanest. Not sure what's up with the patio chairs inside but I can confirm the food is delicious. IMO best burgers in Rockland as well as the fries. Shakes not as good as they used to be. Server claims they switched ice cream. Ask for the loft sauce. Not sure why they don't list it on the sauces. Will not regret.

The server didn't get my order right, I got hockey pucks, not burgers. French fries were good. No silverware or salt/pepper on the table. Place was kinda dirty. Not a pleasant experience, I will not be back.
