The food is always good when you dine-in but when ordered through Uber eats or door dash it seems to never be the same. Only other thing was the bathroom cleanliness which was due to a uncaring customer , not there fault

We got in pretty fast. (Wish they would have told us that it would be a long wait.) We were seated, the waitress came took our orders and then brought us our drinks. After about 15 minutes she apologized and said things were backed up in kitchen and our appetizers would be out soon. After another half hour she brings out our dinners and no appetizers. She again said she was sorry and the kitchen was backed up. I told her to forget the appetizers as we wanted them before our meal. No offense against the waitress she apologized several times. The dinners were both just warm. As I sit here waiting for my bill a waitress brings out our appetizers which I didn’t want after dinner. She took them back.

Their 9.99 chicken sandwich, fries, and drink meal is UNBEATABLE. Yummy 😋 . The chicken is so massive it hangs out the bun and is nice and juicy. Fries are endless also. Get to APPLEBEE'S and enjoy the food.

Quesadillas was very spicy! They should ask if you're able to tolerate any spicy food not everyone like spicy food. The server Desiree is very professional, great service!

I go to applebees atleast once a week. This past week my waitress was Desarae A, she was wonderful!! People like her keeps me coming back. It's my birthday next week. And she just really made my day, told me I reminded her of her daughter, and to celebrate my birthday every day ?

45 minutes for our supper to be delivered. Fries were not hot, but not cold. Service was slow and no check back after food was delivered. Was putting people on a wait list while tables were empty. Loosing lots of customers that way.
