Usually it’s always good here. Today they have some seriously burnt product. Changes the flavor entirely, it’s not as enjoyable. Please at least shave a couple bucks off when this is the case, or just throw it out. Not fair to the customer at all.

Love their pretzels but they need to update hours they are open on website. Checked online before heading up and said they open at 11a.m. but got there at almost noon and they were closed. Waited for them to open and be made.

I ate a pretzel dog and although I could tell my stomach wasn't going to be thrilled about it it was worth it. Frozen lemonade is really good.

Store closes at 6. At 550 the cashier told me and 2 other customers that he was all out of pretzels as he bagged 6 cups of pretzels and put them to the side for his sister or cousins that were sitting there and chatting and laughing with the employee. Employees show no interest in selling. He would rather chat with his girlfriend or sister and give them the discounted end of the night pretzels. Light skin boy shaved head with a little man bun.
