Usually it’s always good here. Today they have some seriously burnt product. Changes the flavor entirely, it’s not as enjoyable. Please at least shave a couple bucks off when this is the case, or just throw it out. Not fair to the customer at all.

They have very good pretzels and there are very good deals/coupons using their mobile APP. The staff is efficient as it’s a busy location. Sometimes the quality is hit or miss. If the pretzels have been sitting there for too long in the case they get too hard and aren’t as enjoyable.

Love their pretzels but they need to update hours they are open on website. Checked online before heading up and said they open at 11a.m. but got there at almost noon and they were closed. Waited for them to open and be made.
