Why would you except an order from a delivery company and not have some idea who it belongs to if there is a mistake? Common sense, type of thing

Got home big king was made wrong i asked for extra pickles it had no pickles i also wanted onions on it and it had no onions it only had bacon, cheese and a lil ketchup on it totally poorly made i was not happy with my meal today for $15 burger king is slipping just like McDonald’s will i go back mabye not

Staff were polite and got our food to us quickly. Ketchup machine was broken and there was a very long line of people so I could not get packets for my French fries. 😒 The men's room what's filthy, the toilet needed cleaning and the door on the outside and the inside had greasy fingerprints all over it. Disgusting.

The manager is really disrespectful we need to learn how to talk to her customers properly when ordering food and the people in the bag have their pants hanging down to their knees I do not appreciate that I think this I think that's Burger King needs new employees and teach them way better manners and how to cook their food properly because orders were mixed up with other orders and some people didn't get no their food I had five customers come behind me not having the right food

No napkins oversalted fries, fries not filled and didn't remove the ketchup from my sandwich liked i asked
I wanted an original chicken sandwich, but since they usually only put a little mayo on about 1/4 of the sandwich and the rest is dry, I asked for extra. Extra doesn't mean I wanted it oozing out everywhere and on TOP of the bun! Is there an option to order a "normal" amount of mayonnaise? 🙄 McDonald's chicken sandwiches taste better anyway, I'll save money next time.

I ordered online,showed drive thru my receipt,number on order , name,and my info stating I paid..I was told to contact customer service to get refund.. could of honored the order I clearly paid for ..since it was only two breakfast sandwiches and hash browns..call customer service and I get automatically disconnected..I want my refund asap..smh
