Pretty place. I like some of the pastries here. What was not great though was the behavior of the cashier. I ordered a caprese sandwich and I heard this person make fun of the way I had pronounced it ( I said capr-easy) as she shared it with her coworker. I don't know, maybe she is just ignorant, hasn't traveled much, can't fathom that there can be alternate pronunciations of a word or maybe she hasn't seen brown people before. And I've seen negative reviews of these workers on many platforms and disagree that they are aloof or rude cuz they are young. I teach young adults and I've seen many compassionate and sweet people. It just is indicative of the the way they view people who are not like them.

I’m here A LOT, it’s close to home. The food is great. The workers are pleasant and the atmosphere is fantastic. It’s a spot I hop on my laptop, eat some food, and get work done. Been coming here for years and hopefully more years to come.

Fantastic! The décor is so elegant and the food is so clean. They have many options and it's definitely our favorite go-to place. They are open late and have a lovely patio. The salads are so fresh and the pastries are great. I wish there were more GF options.

Great atmosphere. Good dessert. I had the pistachio and raspberry cake and it was so light and delicious, but the Nutella latte is the best. I also tried the cannoli and the tiramisu. Yummy.
We were passing through Hartford when we decided to give this place a go. They have the best customer service. A lot of variety. Loved their salad. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, this place never fails to disappoint. I only went here today because I had a gift card. Normally, I don’t go here because the service is so bad, the ambience is cold and uncomfortable, and the food is nothing to write home about. Today I ordered a turkey Ruben, which is supposed to be a hot grilled panini. It looks like they put it on the grill for less than a minute and then served it to me. The bread is cold, the cold cuts are room temperature, the cheese is not melted, and the sandwich is overall disgusting. I have to re-grill it on my panini press in order to eat it. Personally, I would not waste my money here if I were you. I’ve had poor experiences there for years.
Desserts are good, but they are a little overpriced. Love the ? fireplace and the outdoor patio.

This was the first time that I ate lunch here. I ordered the Sicilian and man it was good! Very impressed and I will definitely go back again for lunch. I also got the strawberry cheesecake but everyone knows their cheesecakes are good!!!?
