Loved this place. Awesome Pizza. I highly recommend going here.

I ordered a pizza with sausage and peppers and it was overcooked bottom was dark brown and also it dried out the top . I’ve never had a problem here before but for the money charged it should be cooked perfectly. I’ll be back because they are always nice here but please watch the pizzas so there not overcooked.

I've gone to charlies for years and years and over 100 times but the last few times has been awful. $30 for chicken wings and the were inedible. Way over cooked and no sauce after paying extra for the everything sauce there was a tablespoon at the bottom and none on any wing. The large sub that I ordered with everything on it was so dry with no oil and vinegar that that also was inedible. A teaspoon of mayonnaise apparently they now think is sufficient. It has been going downhill for a while now but this time took the cake. I have loved charlies for years and years and am sad to say it is no longer what it once was.

Look at this hair in my chicken riggies. Not going there again.

We love it here, I pick up food here often for my family. Michelle is always so friendly and pleasant, has great customer service! Hard to see these days! Thank you.

Seriously the most bland and overpriced Pizza that I have had since I've moved to New York. Would not recommend

I ordered two (2) slices and a cookie to go, and it was $9.25!!! That's a bit pricey for 2 regular size slices and a cookie! The pizza was okay, but I've definitely had better in the area! A 20 oz. bottle of soda was $3.00!!! 😳😡. That's way too expensive for sugar and water!

The pizza is above average for the area but they often don't cook it enough and the crust is very doughy. Good prices/specials, the box special is good, vodka sauce is good, nothing is bad here just need to dial in that oven/timing.

Absolutely delicious food! The chicken riggies are top tier in the area! I love the Charles Box too...a lot for your money.

I had my daughters Jack and Jill party catered on 9/21 the food was absolutely delicious the service was great. We forgot to get one item and we called and picked it back up plus they threw in extras and refunded our money for the item forgotten. A+ every guest loved everything on the menu. Thank you for making my daughter and future son in laws party a hit!

I had order a steak and cheese sub/philly cheese steak. Normally it comes with peppers and onions at other places but not here they charge extra .75 for each item on top being $16.00 other places r around 14 with the peppers and onions i think they are a little over priced on that and it wasn't even that good tasted why better.
