The last 5 times we’ve eaten here our order has been screwed up is some way. Something is left off or is wrong. A few times the order was very late. Service has gotten horrible here. We used to love to order from this CoreLife but we will not be going back for a long while.

They lost the take-out order and my food wound up being half an hour late. When I asked to see the manager she was a huge a-hole about it, like it was my fault and not theirs. The food was fine once I finally got it...

Love this place. I have been going here every 3-4 weeks for lunch, for the last 2 years.The food has great flavor and you can make your own bowl or you can buy their special bowls.
The most absolute amazing salad you can design. Trust me when I say put some hot purple rice in the bottom of the bowl and start building the rest! Fresh grated ginger is a game changer. Don't forget all the free extras by the cash register you can add on. In New Hartford the manager is Austin and he is absolutely incredible! He runs a wonderful establishment and is constantly helping his workers out. My friend and I go here every 3 weeks and have our favorite table we always sit at. Austin even remembers all my toppings all the way to the well done steak. Incredible service and atmosphere.

Terrible practices as a whole are employed here.
From shoddy food to general disarray the resturant has an air of mismanagement. Not saying you can't get a "good" day and get some edible food. Though after knowing a few employees and hearing the "behind the scenes" it sounds like the management has no idea what they're doing.
Hopefully they will be able to tackle the issues, but in any experiance I've had with the resturant, when brought by my fiance or coworkers, I've never wanted to return myself.
Don't recommend, and if half of what employees say about this place is true. It's as bad a place to work as it is to eat.
