Have been to multiple locations and always had great food. Everything here is made simply and generally very healthy, always tastes good.

Used to come here a fair amount, but in the last few years about every one of their locations, the quality and product availability gets worse and worse. I went here a couple of days ago to get a Greek wrap, with Naan and humus. The chicken in the Greek wrap was dry, There was almost no sauce in it, and it was breaking and falling apart. And I didn't receive the humus with the Naan bread. Instead, they gave me dressing with the order with no question. I'm about done with this place sadly because the food here was great value and tasted good.

Good food for when when you want to eat healthy, but don’t have time to prepare it all yourself.
Used to go there everyday for lunch and no longer frequent as there are some staff there that are completely clueless and don't know how to move when it's busy. Just randomly went for lunch on Sunday, only customer in line and there were 3 people standing at the register talking while I stood there and no one approached to take my order so I walked out. Food quality and customer service went right down hill. I run a restaurant and would NEVER allow employees to stand around while a customer is waiting. I'd fire everyone and start over. Hire people that can get the job done!!! This will probably be my last time stepping foot in that place.

Order placed 630- waited over 20 minutes for steak that needed to be made for a salad… get home there’s no steak on the salad we waited almost 40’minutes for! Called to tell them left message no reply! Went back by 730 and was told they aren’t cooking anymore! I will NEVER give my business or recommend it to anyone!

Got to the store at 7:50pm. When I went to the counter, was told they were not taking orders anymore. Normally wouldn’t bother complaining but went 15 out of the way on at trip back to CT.
