The signature donut chain for the Utica-Rome area. I came in just before closing, so the selection was less than normal. I do highly recommend their apple crumb donuts as well as their glazed chocolate.

Talk about service! The man working the counter was extremely kind, he absolutely made my day. Stop in if you’ve got the chance, they do not disappoint. Donuts are incredible as well.

This was my first time here in the drive thru and the girl at the window spent the entire time complaining about how I took too long to order, cursing up a storm, yelling at another customer inside the store, and saying repeatedly how she needs to pee. It wouldn’t have been any issue if she needed to walk away and use the bathroom, no one was in a rush. It was very hostile and unprofessional. It appears she was having a mental breakdown because she was the only employee there. They need to hire more people or make sure she is on a shift with more people because she was doing too much.

Super friendly guy at the counter. It was my first time here, and he gave me an extra doughnut and made me a drink they don’t usually make. To top it off, he gave me a discount since there’s a debit card fee. Oh, and he even asked for feedback and to let him know how to improve. So nice!!

As a coffee enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for new spots to satisfy my caffeine cravings. However, I was unsure what to get. I asked the barista at the window what is their most popular coffee as I wanted to try a local favorite. After giving me many options that I can say all sounded delicious, I asked to be surprised. The barista was very polite and patient while ordering.As I pulled up to the window they had my order ready to go.I got a Medium Iced coffee, Turtle Chocolate with Hazelnut flavoring and light cream and I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend.I also ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich on an Everything Bagel that was also very delicious.10/10 would recommend. Next time I'm trying their French Toast Coffee!
