Coffee is rarely made correctly. The service depends on the time of day you go. In the am, it is good but in the afternoon or evening it is not. The order taker is usually rude and in a rush and will not let you finish making your order.

This Dunkin has gone down hill fast ..I use to love going there for donuts and my ice coffee .but not anymore as this place NEVER has ANY donuts no matter what time of day and the coffee always gets made wrong ... Terrible place ,lost my business till they get stuff done and live up to the name Dunkin DONUTS and to top it off. They have NO donute boxes ,they put them in a bag and they get squished .. dnt recommend this place anymore

Man I wasn’t sure if I walked into a coffee/donut shop or a freaking war zone. At first I thought maybe a customer was making a scene but I quickly realized it was actually the employees screaming their heads off at each other. Couldn’t follow what caused it, seemed like some personal issues but there was some sort of assistant manager on premise who took like 5 minutes to finally get the screaming banshee employees into the back room. One of them was talking about calling her dad to come beat up the other employee, and then she had the audacity to address us customers just tryna get some breakfast in peace and told us to call and complain??? Meanwhile the only two poor employees not making a scene and trying to do their job were stuck trying to manage way too much up front. I live close by to this location which is the only reason I stopped in (and for the first time) but I will never go there again holy cow what a horror show, never had an experience at any fast food place like that and I’ve been in some sketchy/ghetto spots before

I stopped at 5:10 in the morning on Thursday to get a dozen donuts on my way to work. Even though they were open since 4 :00 they had no glazed donuts of any kind and we're just making them. It seems pretty unusual and ridiculous for them not to have their most popular donuts available, which are the basic glazed. I even tried to get blueberry or chocolate glazed. They had no glazed donuts at all. They stated that if I had called ahead they would have had them ready. But since it's a standard donut at Dunkin, I would have thought they would have had them ready for when they were open. I'm very disappointed.

I went there to pick up some breakfast before work. I ordered ahead on the app so I thought I would have little or no wait. When I got there the front door was locked and I could not get my order. So I had to sit in the drive thru as my food got cold. When I asked why the front door was locked the person on the other end ignored me. The food was not up to par with the average Duncan, but that's not my issue. My issue was the non existent costumer service and huge inconvenience created by simply not having the front door open.

Drive through person wasn't very friendly trying to hurry us ,he was short with us ,we could tell by his voice he was grouchy ,we stop in usually once or twice a week for breakfast service is everything for Dunkin Donuts people will go to a competitor for breakfast
The coffee was good once I finally got it. Most of the staff were more concerned with talking and joking with someone who walked in in front of me. She went straight to were they all were and started talking with them. They knew I was standing there waiting to order and continued to talk. Then when she got in line to order someone came out from the back and started talking before taking my order.
