I went there to pick up some breakfast before work. I ordered ahead on the app so I thought I would have little or no wait. When I got there the front door was locked and I could not get my order. So I had to sit in the drive thru as my food got cold. When I asked why the front door was locked the person on the other end ignored me. The food was not up to par with the average Duncan, but that's not my issue. My issue was the non existent costumer service and huge inconvenience created by simply not having the front door open.

Drive through person wasn't very friendly trying to hurry us ,he was short with us ,we could tell by his voice he was grouchy ,we stop in usually once or twice a week for breakfast service is everything for Dunkin Donuts people will go to a competitor for breakfastDietary restrictions: Nutritional facts

Had the strangest experience when going through the drive thru. We pulled up to place our order and the person at the intercom asks what we want to order. Before we can speak, the same person says, "I'm going to need you to beep your horn real quick." Not really sure what the purpose of that was but all we wanted to do was order our coffee. A very strange and funny situation but rather odd to ask someone.

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered online, showed up to pick up and they didn’t have anything I ordered. At 8am they were out of munchkins, bagels or any kind of donut with glaze. They also refused to refund my order even when they didn’t notify me that my order couldn’t be filled. I showed up and it was a take it or leave it situation. A complete failure.

The coffee is amazing when it’s good, but when it’s bad, it’s not drinkable. I’m a huge fan of this location when the coffee tastes good and is made right. They like to close off the lobby when they are short staffed. It’s really annoying when I get there after I already ordering ahead on the app, but I still have to get in the long drive thru line to get my order when I’m in a hurry.

EVERYTIME I order from here my order is messed up, first my drink, next is I got pulled to the side to wait for a sandwich and waited so long I almost went in but met at the door with a cold sandwich! The cheese wasn’t even melted! And today the carrot cake muffin had no icing on it and my breakfast Taco didn’t have the bacon!!!!

I don't usually do reviews but my experience was comically bad. I went to get a sandwich and a coffee before I went to the DMV and I swear to God it took longer to get my sandwich than to get my registration switched. Worst Dunkin in the county by far

One star for their food because it's absolutely terrible. I never get any food there at all, I have tried several things and I will not try anything else. Coffee is pretty good though, so for what I order they get 4 starsDietary restrictions: Absolutely terrible, standard fast American garbage food, the only thing I can get there is black coffee

They told me to pull-up after I paid... repeat PAID for my coffee and that they would bring it out. After 20 minutes of nothing I walked inside to a dead cafe and the employees laughing. I asked for a refund and they said they wanted the coffee back before they would refund me? Like what? YOU NEVER have it TO ME. I had to sit there and right with the 40 year old stoner behind the counter for my 5 dollars back. Absolutely ridiculous management there

I haven't had a situation since a few weeks ago a worker at drive through window is very stone cold behavior, very abnormal, I'm always a cheerful person, I say hello at the window ,while getting my coffee I'm always sure to tell the worker to have a good day ,well this worker I swear is the devils daughter!!! I'm surprised her eyes aren't black !!! I have been trying to call the business no one answer's the phone, so I thought that I would give my review. I won't be treated that way, so I refuse to give this Duncan donuts my business !!!!! This one at the window is a stocky built, back hair in a ponytail good luck to anyone that comes across with her.

Went to this location twice within three weeks, each time they say the caramel flavor option is out, but still offer all of the other flavors. Not sure if there’s been any order made to have it come in but it’s odd that it’s the only thing out every single time.
