just a bunch of clowns that work there and donât understand simple instructions and overheard employees talking about assaulting customers for their orders. lame ass workers at dunkinâ and canât follow simple instructions
Smh I ordered 2 ice coffees with cold foam and 2 donuts, went to pick it up and no cold foam, no big deal, I just reminded them and the woman scoffed took them back from me and took really long to put it on and give them back, on top of that made me sit there and wait even longer for my donuts, then when she finally gave them to me, they werenât even the donuts I had asked for, so once again I asked for the correct stuff and what do you know I get the same result! Not for nothing I ordered on the app and didnât go there for 20 minutes⊠once I got there there was literally no one there but the workers⊠shake my head do better! If you want your stuff made correctly I wouldnât go there !

Was very busy, they seem short staffed, but everyone even the manager was working hard and as quick as they could. They were still very pleasant despite the rush and my order was perfect!

Went on for a lg ice Americano and a bite to eat. The place was pretty empty around 4:30pm. Service was decent, but the cashier was having words openly with a coworker about pay, hours and position. Felt uncomfortable, so I went outside to patio area.

Drive thru was slow they did not cap the caffe correct so it spill and burn my hand did not give recipe did not tost my beagle it was cold really need to put some that cares about serving the community not just for the pay I think is time to change locations no need to be in a drive thru with 4 cars ant sit to get mess up order
