Was very busy, they seem short staffed, but everyone even the manager was working hard and as quick as they could. They were still very pleasant despite the rush and my order was perfect!

Went on for a lg ice Americano and a bite to eat. The place was pretty empty around 4:30pm. Service was decent, but the cashier was having words openly with a coworker about pay, hours and position. Felt uncomfortable, so I went outside to patio area.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin. There were 4 people working, 1 on front and 3 on drive thru. I had a large mobile to go order sent in 15 minutes prior. All 4 workers ignored myself and several other people that walked in. Several people left because they were being ignored. And btw, my mobile order took 30 more minutes and I had to keep on bugging them. Never again
