They were realy busy the day i went, but they were working fast to get everybody there orders in a timely manner. My order was correct. The service was good.
Dietary restrictions: They have all different kinds of milks available if you don't do dairy. Everything is labeled so you know what's in it.
Parking: Parking is crowded and not always easy to get out of a spot.
Kid-friendliness: What kids don't like donuts. There is something on the manu for just about any kid.

The guy who took my order on 2/5/25 around 5:25 pm was extremely rude and inappropriate for no reason after I asked a question about the menu in a respectful manner. I called the store a few times to express my concern, but they never answered.

4 cars in drive thru waited in line for 10 mins. I drove away without ordering. Dunkin should get more help. I am a fan of DD but shouldn't have to wait that long and no one was inside as I drove off.

Placed and online order for in-person pickup. When I walked in, I receive my food order relatively quickly; however, it to over 20 minutes to receive my coffee order (nothing special just two medium coffees with cream and sweetener). When I explained that I have been waiting 20 minutes for the coffee associated with my order the cashier rolled his eyes and sighed. This type of service is unacceptable.
Went there mind you I have been going every single day for the last 4 years they turned me down when I offered them a $50 bill to pay for my food and drink SMH multimillion dollar company denies money

The girl did not take our order and just was standing there and walking around for 10 minutes and wan we got our food we got only 2 of the 3 we ordered the 3 was the same as the 2 not impressed by it because it was for my girlfriend and she can’t get her favorite donut
