They were realy busy the day i went, but they were working fast to get everybody there orders in a timely manner. My order was correct. The service was good.
Dietary restrictions: They have all different kinds of milks available if you don't do dairy. Everything is labeled so you know what's in it.
Parking: Parking is crowded and not always easy to get out of a spot.
Kid-friendliness: What kids don't like donuts. There is something on the manu for just about any kid.

4 cars in drive thru waited in line for 10 mins. I drove away without ordering. Dunkin should get more help. I am a fan of DD but shouldn't have to wait that long and no one was inside as I drove off.

Placed and online order for in-person pickup. When I walked in, I receive my food order relatively quickly; however, it to over 20 minutes to receive my coffee order (nothing special just two medium coffees with cream and sweetener). When I explained that I have been waiting 20 minutes for the coffee associated with my order the cashier rolled his eyes and sighed. This type of service is unacceptable.

The girl did not take our order and just was standing there and walking around for 10 minutes and wan we got our food we got only 2 of the 3 we ordered the 3 was the same as the 2 not impressed by it because it was for my girlfriend and she can’t get her favorite donut
Just went tonight. I had ordered food through the app. When I got there, they just didn’t hand me my food. When I asked where it was, she just kinda casually mentioned they don’t sell food that late. They also refused to give me a receipt saying the machine is down. I asked a dunkin worker at a different store and she said that store wasn’t supposed to do that. They should be making food till close. I won’t be back.
