Went thru drive thru and cashier at window very rude when I inquired about free donut and asked for my grand daughter if they had pink bag instead of orange..she snatched it out of my hand gave me pink one and slammed window in my face..I go to dunkin everyday and will not return to this location..

My coffee order is rarely correct. Just an iced coffee with oat milk. It almost always gets regular milk. And almost everytime I go here I want to sit and drink my coffe but the lobby is always closed with 5 people working. Morning, mid day or early evening its nearly impossible to go inside. I don't mind the wrong coffee but we all make mistakes but then you have to way 20-30m in the drive through all over again to maybe get it fixed.

Absolutely worst dunkin I have ever been to... placed an online order for walkin apparently they dont do walkin orders at 3pm and I guess the customers are just suppose to know that. Placed the order 20 mins before I arrived they just decided not to make. Bring the asteroid cause you cant fix this type of stupid... they really should be ashamed of themselves
PS hours to not match whats posted and apparently they can take your money and not give you your order and not give you a refund. I wonder what the better business bureau would have to say about it 🤔

Massive pothole at the entrance!!! I thought I was gonna pop a tire. Not only are the drinks expensive the new tire will be even more!
They were realy busy the day i went, but they were working fast to get everybody there orders in a timely manner. My order was correct. The service was good.
Dietary restrictions: They have all different kinds of milks available if you don't do dairy. Everything is labeled so you know what's in it.
Parking: Parking is crowded and not always easy to get out of a spot.
Kid-friendliness: What kids don't like donuts. There is something on the manu for just about any kid.

4 cars in drive thru waited in line for 10 mins. I drove away without ordering. Dunkin should get more help. I am a fan of DD but shouldn't have to wait that long and no one was inside as I drove off.
