Super HighO

This place is a rip off they’re more expensive than any chinese restaurant in the utica/new hartford area.I went here the other day for fried chicken wings and rice, the most i’ve paid for this anywhere else was 11.66 cheapest being around $9 they charged me almost $14. they didn’t give me 4 whole chicken wings which is what i paid for…..they gave me 2 chicken wings they chopped into 4 pieces. Most places might charge you 50 cent to use a card they won’t even let you use a card unless the price is a certain amount and this is pick up not delivery. They use to have really good flavorful pork fried rice with a lot of onions the way i like it so i’d pay extra for that but even the rice was different and wasn’t good..the wings weren’t really good either and they were tiny too so i just felt robbed ? never again

I ordered through Uber eats and got it delivered to my hotel room. Paid around $70 total. Probably the freshest tasting Chinese food I had in a long time. Everything was hot and satisfying. I plan to order from here again

Rude woman behind the counter.
9 months ago. With the way people are in this world today, I'd have to see how respectful the people are towards Scottish people at this establishment.
Enough update Mr/Mrs Owner!?

Great food.Nice people too. New owners have done a great job. They re did the place plus the food is really good. They should put out a sign that says under new management. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

This is the best Chinese spot I have found in the greater Utica area. The general tso’s is sweet and spicy, and the fried batter is always crisp!!! The crab rangoons are nice and creamy on the inside, and the lo mein is just delicious. The only thing that could be better is their fried rice, there really is no soy sauce on it, and could use much more flavor. I come from a state where the fried rice has a bunch of great sauce’s on the fried rice, but here in NY it seems like it is only the yellow rice with nothing on it. With that being said though… this is the best place I have found in the Utica area

Highly recommend! I only recently tried this place, as I moved and before our closest go-to was Grand Harmony or Peking Tokyo. Never tried this place but always drove by, and now we feel like we were missing out!My favorite chicken w broccoli flavoring I've tried yet! Ever! The vegetable lo mein is also really good, I love the flavoring! I usually dislike this as other places tend to seem bland to me. Even my boyfriend who actually does love lo mein thought this was a better version of it for the flavor!Ordered 3 times here. I can speak highly of the tofu options for vegan or vegetarian. One of the best places for the flavor and texture of the "bean curd" dishes which are a fried tofu. The sesame one is my favorite and the general tso style one is quite spicy and flavorful. The vegetable dumplings are big and thick, both the fried and steamed are good but the steamed are a softer easier bite, and the sauce they come with is so delicious!I only happened to take a pic of my dumplings, the steamed ones. I plan to try more of the vegetable dishes.

Vegetarian options: The bean curd dishes are cooked well and flavorful, vegetable lo mein has great flavor, as well the dumplings are worth a try
