Fresco Fish Market

Did not receive food as ordered, correct requests on receipt but totally reversed on arrival. Returned explained the problem, they took it back. I waited a period of time, they then initially gave it to another customer who was confused about it and even said,”This is cold, not mine. Then they gave it to me. Fish sandwich had skin on it that I thought was wax paper. Bad experience, too bad, they were great before they moved. I messaged them as and was called a “Drama Queen and Queen of England. Told me that they were tired of people like me and not to come back in the future. I won’t! Let the buyer beware. Terrible service, attitude.

Everything was over cooked 2nd time not worth the time or money

Placed a large order and everyone I dealt with was helpful and courteous despite being incredibly busy. Everything in the order was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

I tried Fresco Fish last evening considering their move to the new location. To start, ordering was confusing (not straight forward) and supposedly I had to pay extra for a cup of coleslaw with a haddock dinner (?) - for the price that I paid 🤨. I had ordered two dinners, everything came all together in one box - I told them that we were going to eat there - how about putting it on some plates - heavy duty paper plates would have been fine. Not dumped all in a takeout box. The fish was moist but not fresh. It had been frozen. Aside from that, the tables were filthy, all the while the individual behind the counter sat there and did nothing. They could have made the effort to clean the tables for a customer that was trying to find one that was clean (?). I will save my fish - seafood cravings for Ted's Fish Fry on my trips eastward. 👎

fresh seafood and highly recommended the Haddock that's on display for raw part of the restaurant. For cooked seafood my favorite dish is the shrimp riggies the dish is fresh, tasty, hot and always delicious and my absolute favorite thing about fresco fish. Franco the owner is a great business man who cares about his food he is giving people and his workers are respectful and hard working. Definitely recommended 👌🏻 10/10

Tasteless, salty, Old fry greese, no sauces, no flavor, overpriced generic garbage. 70 dollars for a pile of fried shit and a few pieces of dried lobster in white bread. Diarrhea crapped my pants immediately, no joke. Nice guy though. Meals should come with 2 rolls of toilette paper, thanks frescos! 👍

I have been going to Fresco Fish Market since they opened their doors in the New Hartford shopping center. The people are friendly, and the selection is great. My wife and I primarily get the frozen snow crab, king crab, and lobster tails and I prepare them at home. Over the years I have tried other fish markets and the supermarkets, such as Chanatry’s and Market 32, but there is no comparison when it comes to the fresh taste and selection at Fresco Fish. The difference in the size and amount of meat is huge, but the fresh taste and fluffy texture of the seafood at Fresco Fish is the clincher. They are going to be moving to a new location on Seneca Turnpike and expanding what they offer. I look forward to their growth and continued quality of sea food.

For me not setting pick up time to 500 but at 300 on accident the food sat for 2hrs brought it home heated it up and everything was amazing I recommend the fried scallops best I’ve had in a long time

Cute place specializing in fresh seafood. A couple of tables in the front, so we decided to eat there. The food was ok. Beverage choice is limited, mostly cans. No straws, no plastic or paper cups. I hate drinking out of a can, but, ok, fine. Our meals included French fries. I asked for some catchup and a small container was offered to me for 50 cents. First time ever I was charged for catchup to go with my fries. I don’t think we’ll be going back.

Great! Fresh and delicious! You pay more but honestly can't be beat!!!

I ordered a haddock sandwich and fries. When I asked if I could get some ketchup for my fries, like in the picture, they said I could buy some or just use the coleslaw/tartar sauce that’s on my fish sandwich. Nickel and dime indeed! Overall fine meal but dry and desperately in need of condiments.

Best fresh seafood products and prepared fish and pasta dishes!
