Poor stars on managements part. How ridiculous to leave the Sunday morning rush to one waitress. Seriously do better or youre going to keep loosing business and staff.

After 30 min waiting to be seated with an almost empty restaurant someone came took my name wrote it down with a crayon in a paper and walk out jumped in a jeep and left😒she said someone SHOULD be here in 10 15 mins 
 just to be seated!!!! Manager should be fired

The food I ordered was burnt and dry, but it depends what you get i think. They do have good things on their menu but I guess that’s what happens when I try new food. The biscuit and gravy chicken breakfast sandwich was very disappointing. The restaurant itself needs some updates, we sat on taped up ripped seats. Looks like they need to maybe revamp and renovate a bit. Service was good though. Server came many times to make sure all is good.

The Name

Haven’t been to an IHOP in many years but gotta say this one impressed me. Ordered the spinach & mushroom omelet with hash browns. Everything tasted excellent & they remembered to take the cheese off which is a big thing for me. Plus I got 2 to go crepes & those looked good as well. Don’t have any pics but service also good. Me & my GF came to eat after church & both of us were very satisfied with our brunch. A lil pricey but that’s every restaurant nowadays.

I love IHOP. We enjoyed our food. Once we were the only two in the restaurant, the cook and waitress got busy doing dishes and other things. This was fine. When all of a sudden there was a big crash from the dishwasher room and loud scream. The waitress yelled at the cook to stop. There were still customers. He came out and apologized. So we ended up hearing about how the manager has been calling out the dish washer for the past 6 months. There is supposed to be someone else there in the office, but they never show up. The music in the place is very loud and disgusting. It seems the daytime manager comes in for a little while. Before she leaves, she turns the music up to a volume it is hard to talk over. The music is nasty, foul language, and I have left throwing up because of the words of the music. I did not pay for that meal.

Understaffed. Please hire more people. There was 1 poor waitress doing 8+ tables. Food was good except hash browns were cold and mushy. The spicy breakfast tacos were very good, French toast was great

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stood at the hostess stand for a bit got seated and then sat there for about 25-30 mins. Everyone around us was getting food and drinks. A table came in 10 mins after us and got their order taken. The server never acknowledged us. The manager (i assume was the manager yelling for orange juice) instead of taking charge of the restaurant didn't do anything to help. Just yelled about a missing ticket.

Tip to the owner management needs to go, so much potential being wasted by poorly experienced management. This is unacceptable, this is what you expect from a poorly ran McDonalds not from IHOP.

Sat for 25 minutes and no one came over to talk to us, take a drink order, or acknowledge we sat there. The people behind us got waited on and drinks brought and the waitress still didn't say anything. We ended up leaving. I understand it was busy but 5 tables left and it was dead when we were still waiting other than the 3 groups that came in the same time we did and they were all eating. We go there usually at least once a month when we go to New Hartford and have waited before but usually a waitress acknowledged we are waiting. Very unprofessional and rude. Luckily I had no voice and couldn't speak or the manager would have had an earful. I won't be returning and will keep my business to local places that care about customer service.

I really don’t have a problem with IHOP however this location has gone so far down hill I have no idea how they are open. 90 percent of the time it’s a ghost town and it’s easy to see why. Went to try and eat and stood at the hostess stand for 30 minutes waiting to be seated. Both waitress and waiter just staring at me and would only come over to cash people out. Within the 30 minutes I was at the stand one table was sat and it was a table that walked in 12 minutes or more after me. The waitress just completely ignored me and the other 2 groups of people that have been waiting. About 26 minutes in the waitress comes over only to cash a table out and just says what do you guys need? I said “ I’m waiting to be seated so I can eat.” And she just say ohhh and just walks off. Is there no front end management in this restaurant? Where is the host? And who the hell is running this circus? Didn’t even get a chance to eat once it hit past 30 minutes of waiting and only 5 tables occupied I decided to go to one of the better breakfast spots in the area and low and behold I was seated in 30 seconds and ate in less time than I stood at the hostess stand at ihop. This location should be boarded up!
