Who ever is in charge of sauce please chill out. There should NEVER be that much buffalo sauce on a sandwich. To the point where you cant taste a single other ingredient, and its dripping gallons onto the paper. That falls in the top 5 most horrible sandwiches I've ever had in my 34 years of life. EVER!!!!

This is the grossest Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been in. Their food prep area and slicer were completely dirty and they messed up both of our orders.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike’s location. I arrived at 8:00 PM on a Saturday—a full two hours before their posted closing time—only to be told they were “closed for cleaning.” This is completely unacceptable and far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mike’s as a brand.
I’ve never encountered a location that arbitrarily shuts down well before closing, especially without any signage or advanced notice. As a paying customer, I find it incredibly frustrating to be turned away during normal business hours. If the store cannot remain open as advertised, then the hours should be adjusted accordingly.
This experience left a bad taste in my mouth—not from the food, which I didn’t even get to order—but from the lack of professionalism and consideration for customer expectations. I will be thinking twice before returning to this location, and I urge management to address this issue seriously.

Well since I ordered the Mike's hot honey with with beef instead of chicken only for them to ignore my request then tell me it doesn't come that way when they wrote it down. Bad service watched 3 orders be returned while waiting for my wrong order.

I ordered a small turkey sub with provolone, chips, and drink! The sub was decent, but NOT as good as any pizza place (for subs) that I go to! The sub was small for the price!! $4.50 for a bag and chips is pricey! The sub was okay, but since it's pricey, and NOT any better than even convenience stores subs...I probably won't return!! It is what it is!

We went later pm, 45 min to close and they were sweeping in front of us and acted like they had a bad day, mostly concern about what I’m eating as I ask for vegetarian but they don’t use a separate slicer, nor do they clean or use different knife after cutting meat or fish subs…., before cutting veggie sub…..ugh!!!
