I am gluten free, made a stop actually planning to eat at apple bees and noticed jersey mikes. Was told to try them, so I figured why not. Always skeptical on anything with alot of cross contamination. But I have to say, the young gentleman ensured me of there ability to keep me safe. Made my food right in front of me with a clean prep station, cleaned meat slicer etc. Also, the customer service was exceptional. The two young men that where working where extremely friendly. My daughter and husband had NON gluten free subs. Daughter had the mini, husband had a steak sub. We all left happy and content. Tipped the young men well to let them know they are doing great. Thank you jersey mikes, it's been 18 years since I had been able to have a sub, other then homemade... witch honestly isn't the same... definitely will be making my way back.

Jersey mikes in new Hartford is the place to go for a dam great sub!! They add a great amount of meat for the subs including lettuce and such. Yes you pay a little more than say pizza shop subs, but the difference in amount is nite and day!!! Staff is spot on and polite also!!! Way to go Jersey Mikes in New Hartford!!!!

Ordered a giant steak and portobello cheese sub with extra portobellos , it cost like 23$, do after I get it , it’s missing the steak , so the main meat on the sub is not on it, this dude needs to be fired , called twice , no answer, highly disappointed,

Me and my wife had the giant classic Philly cheese steak with onions and peppers & american cheese. A lot less meat than what I remembered after being there a year ago, the meat was very salty. The staff move like turtles. The staff was pleasant but they need to move a little bit faster being that there were a whole bunch of people waiting. I had to ask for the table to be wiped off because it was full of crumbs and sticky. All the tables had crumbs and were sticky. I do not believe the sandwich should have been $17+.

Took my order. 20 minutes later the employee is asking me if this is my sandwich. There were 2 people before me and only 3 sandwiches. I replied not sure no one asked me what bread I wanted. Manager snapped back with we don't ask that here. I'm sorry but when it's $20 for a sub let the customer choose. Besides that the staff was just shouting back and forth worst customer service I've seen. Not to mention what's the point of them wearing visors if their hair is coming all out of it. Kinda gross won't be back. Been to multiple locations in the state this is by far the worst.

I've been a several Jersey Mikes stores. This is by far the worst I have ever been to. Just for clarification my wife managed a Jersey Mikes down South. Grand opening and everything. I know exactly how these stores are supposed to be run and this is not how a Jersey Mikes should be run.For starters, Elamar took our order but didn't write down the order like she was supposed to. Her attitude was very rude. I was making sure she heard my whole order and she cut me off and said she had heard my wife say what she wanted. Then after we got our subs, a giant chipolte w/ extra cheese and a chicken bacon ranch, I asked for a couple sides of ranch for my wife. I had originally asked for one but my wife had then asked for two. So I communicated that and Elamar acted so upset that we wanted sides of ranch! After she set them on the counter for me I stood there expecting her to get lids. She looked at me and said "you want lids too?" She was so upset when I said yes! At every other Jersey Mikes I've ordered my chipolte with extra cheese, the cheese is literally everywhere on that sub! This sub didn't have extra cheese even though the staff said that there is extra cheese on it. I'm extremely disappointed in this particular Jersey Mikes store. I've always felt like I was getting a "sub above" regardless of what location I've gone to. I'm extremely disappointed in this store and I will be finding a different Jersey Mikes store to do business with.

My subs were delicious I ordered a few different subs for my family I ordered the 16, 17,56, 44, 3 , and a 7 my sub was the 56 and the small girl on the flattop was phenomenal every time I go in to get a sub I would like her to make it for me it was so well done everything was cooked so well and right amount of stuff in my sub usually would have stuff missing when I ordered but they are turning around and I’m happy they gave let’s go jersey mikes new Hartford ?

The Jersey mikes in new Hartford has been so great too me everytime I come in they have my subs perfectly I come in and out the service there is great and have great conversations with the workers there the sandwiches are built beautiful and always have the right amount of toppings and meat I highly recommend keep the good work up
