I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike’s location. I arrived at 8:00 PM on a Saturday—a full two hours before their posted closing time—only to be told they were “closed for cleaning.” This is completely unacceptable and far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mike’s as a brand.
I’ve never encountered a location that arbitrarily shuts down well before closing, especially without any signage or advanced notice. As a paying customer, I find it incredibly frustrating to be turned away during normal business hours. If the store cannot remain open as advertised, then the hours should be adjusted accordingly.
This experience left a bad taste in my mouth—not from the food, which I didn’t even get to order—but from the lack of professionalism and consideration for customer expectations. I will be thinking twice before returning to this location, and I urge management to address this issue seriously.

Well since I ordered the Mike's hot honey with with beef instead of chicken only for them to ignore my request then tell me it doesn't come that way when they wrote it down. Bad service watched 3 orders be returned while waiting for my wrong order.

I ordered a small turkey sub with provolone, chips, and drink! The sub was decent, but NOT as good as any pizza place (for subs) that I go to! The sub was small for the price!! $4.50 for a bag and chips is pricey! The sub was okay, but since it's pricey, and NOT any better than even convenience stores subs...I probably won't return!! It is what it is!

We went later pm, 45 min to close and they were sweeping in front of us and acted like they had a bad day, mostly concern about what I’m eating as I ask for vegetarian but they don’t use a separate slicer, nor do they clean or use different knife after cutting meat or fish subs…., before cutting veggie sub…..ugh!!!
I love Jersey Mike's. This location had the worst service of any I've ever been at. There was only one person in front of me but I waited 25 minutes to be able to check out on my one sandwich order.

I am gluten free, made a stop actually planning to eat at apple bees and noticed jersey mikes. Was told to try them, so I figured why not. Always skeptical on anything with alot of cross contamination. But I have to say, the young gentleman ensured me of there ability to keep me safe. Made my food right in front of me with a clean prep station, cleaned meat slicer etc. Also, the customer service was exceptional. The two young men that where working where extremely friendly. My daughter and husband had NON gluten free subs. Daughter had the mini, husband had a steak sub. We all left happy and content. Tipped the young men well to let them know they are doing great. Thank you jersey mikes, it's been 18 years since I had been able to have a sub, other then homemade... witch honestly isn't the same... definitely will be making my way back.

Jersey mikes in new Hartford is the place to go for a dam great sub!! They add a great amount of meat for the subs including lettuce and such. Yes you pay a little more than say pizza shop subs, but the difference in amount is nite and day!!! Staff is spot on and polite also!!! Way to go Jersey Mikes in New Hartford!!!!
