We are from out of country and were having a difficult time finding a place that had their own delivery drivers and that we didn't have to order on line: on line, none will take our credit card because it doesn't recognize a postal code with letters, not just a zip code. The staff were fantastic and very patient with us: a staff member even brought it to our hotel for us. We do wish we had of known about the size difference between countries, my goodness, we basically got almost 4 subs. We had a BLT and a club with some of the free extras on it; pickles were fantastic too!

Today i was serviced by two ladies. While one was taking my order the other was helping me address my daughter’s car sickness because we had been on the road prior to for several hours. Even though when we got there they were super busy & I was slightly discouraged to stop I am glad I did because the service was exceptional & genuinely helpful. As one took my order & made sure everything was taken care of & 100% accurate, Ashley was also able to help me with my child while managing & restocking a whole lobby. These girls really made this part of the trip worth while. Will definitely be stopping back & referring to friends & family!

The small size roast beef be prepared to be underwhelmed. There is only 1 slice of roast beef on it. For the cost, there should be quite a few slices! Employees are great and probably following guide, but Jeez corporate add some beef to that sub!

2 times in a row I went to J. J in New Hartford and the bottom of the bread was like a rock I took it off b4 I chip my teeth! The first time.I thought somebody just messed up.So I went back a few weeks later.I got the same thing so when i'm done going there.

This was my first time at this location but I’ve had Jimmy John’s more than once before at a different location. I’m from Oswego county and used to go to Jimmy John’s in Syracuse but unfortunately all the locations in Syracuse have closed. My son wanted the Picklewich which was our reason for the long drive out here and he said it tasted great with the pickled chips! Also got 2 of the new smoked bourbon cheddar Turkey subs for my husband and myself and they also tasted great!! Staff was friendly too.
Parking: It’s a normal free paved parking lot. Was not busy but we went on a Sunday so maybe that’s why.
Kid-friendliness: It’s a casual sit down restaurant. They have chips cookies and fountain drinks that kids like. I think they might also have a kids menu (not sure). They do offer smaller sized subs also.

I don't typically do reviews, this is an exception. I'll be candid, I'm self-aware enough to admit I came into this location with an attitude after a bad day, I was Hangry and wanted my food. I made a mistake by parking incorrectly, and the manager Rob politely informed me for future reference of my mistake, I immediately got irritated and became a Karen (briefly) Chris, Malichai, and Robert especially, the whole crew really kept smiles on their faces and took my order promptly and accurately despite my behavior. When I realized I was the one at fault, I did end up apologizing and having a fantastic and personable conversation with the whole crew. Their customer service single handedly turned my bad day into a great one. Now I get to eat, and start again fresh tomorrow with a positive attitude strictly because the whole crew stayed positive and helpful during interaction and rubbed off on me accordingly.
If you're looking to cure you hangry attitude, Karenism or place a catering order, whatever, this is the location to do so. Thanks again, guys. Y'all rock. P.S. my sub was f****** FIRE ???
