I got the famous bowl with a drink and waited a half hour to be waited on and the manager was very rude to us when we asked questions or completely ignored all together amd was having issues with all the computers in the store and didn't know what they were doing and heard the manager yell at the employees while eating inside. Food was very cold and not hot at all. And they weren't busy either.

To start, the costumer service you receive going through the drive through is so unprofessional. The reason I am writing this review is because everytime I come here I either have to wait in the parking lot for my food or something is messed up. In this circumstance I had waited 15 min in the parking lot then went in to the building to wait another 20. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered the smash bowl via drive thru . When I got home I opened it immediately. It was cold but looked like it had been microwaved at some point. The fries were stuck together and the nuggets were like rubber. This is the 3rd strike for this location. Horrible.

This KFC is not skibidi. Pulled up to that drive drive through, expecting that exceptional service for your big sigma boi from Ohio, but no one came to the window for you man. Pulled away with no roast chicken and tears running down my face. This is no way to treat your alpha king. Don’t mess with the pack or you get fanum taxed. 10/10 would not recommend

Very disappointing. Ordered the 16 piece original meal. The chicken was dark brown and dry. It was either overcooked or sat around for a long length of time. I usually get a very good meal but, this time it was bad.

Went to KFC for a quick dinner after working late. Showed up 2 hours before close and was told they wouldn’t have any chicken ready for 45 mins, 4 employees were sitting outside smoking and playing on their phones. This is the second time this has happened. HIGHLY disappointed in this place.
I could have done without the employees talking about fixing their hair while I was eating my food. The one that was mainly talking was talking so loud her voice carried throughout the restaurant.
