Ordered two fish sandwiches freshly made came out pretty quick. I asked the young man if these were freshly made hesaid yes. Unfortunately he lied. This store has a consistent problem with service. NOT your typical McDonald's. Very disappointed.

I show up at the New Hartford, NY McDonald's at 10:30pm, and the side doors were locked!! The dining room is supposed to be open until 11pm, according to YOUR posted sign (photo #4)! Luckily the manager saw me at the door, but she didn't want to let me in at first!! I said "why is this door locked?". She said "because there's no one in the dining room, and we're closing soon!". She looked annoyed that I bothered her (because I wanted to eat in the dining room), even though there was plenty of time for me to order, eat, and leave before 11pm!!! She didn't care!! As you can tell by the third photo, I ordered at 10:41! My double cheeseburger, in the way that it was wrapped, screamed of I DON'T CARE!! The wrapping job was a mess!!! Next time...at least PRETEND to care!! After all, without customers, Mr. Clark, owner of this McDonald's, makes NO money to pay his employees!! I expect the high school kids working the grill not to care, because they're kids, and they'd rather be on their cellphones 24/7, instead of working! BUT I expect more from management to at least attempt to portray a positive image of the restaurant to the PAYING customers!! This female manager gets an F!!

my son puked a lot on my bed in the middle of the night after drinking a strawberry milkshake if I could rate negative stars. I would we know your secret. You have fake food. We are never going here again.

It is a McDonald's.
They were short staffed so I'll start with that. The manager was nice he wasn't rude at all. He took care of every problem we had. I feel bad for the guy.
Our meal was mostly edible. The problem we ran into was the Mcrib appeared uncooked. Took that back for a refund on the card.
Then we waited over 20 mins for 2 simple coffee drinks. We had our toddler with us which isn't their problem but I wouldn't have ordered if I had known the machine wasn't working.
No one came to us and informed us what was happening. We found that out later after I stood in the pick up line.
I stood in the pick up line for a good ten minutes after the 20 minutes we had already waited.
I was informed by the cashier that they had to re-set up the caramel machine because it was down.
After that we waited another ten minutes until my boyfriend went to go speak to the manager. The manager made the drinks himself.
He did upgrade us which we really appreciate. It was really hard to give stars out for this review. I want to give more stars for the managers effort. He is really trying. I don't know what he gets paid but he deserves a raise. I wish I had caught his name. If I could give just him 5 stars I would.

Again no utensils! No napkins, The butter should be put in a separate small bag, not thrown on hot food, 4 butter packs melted completely out of their packaging & drenched everything in bag with butter, so no butter was left for cold pancakes. it was disgusting, see pics. The hash browns were completely stuck in their wrappers. I ended up with bits & pieces of hash browns, very frustrating indeed, these things are avoidable & show lack of caring & concern for customers. People need to stop supporting these fast food places until their prices come down & most importantly they actually hire ppl that take pride in the food they are preparing,actually read requests & then follow the requests!! Coffee was good. Cmon McDonald's do better, much better!!
Large fries about half filled & not hot. Double cheeseburger was old, gross & it was smooshed & flat. Again no extra onions on big macs!! Why?? Double filet was warm, asked for extra tartar but got just regular amount of tartar sauce. $40 for cold half filled fries, cold burgers & a warm fish. No I'm not happy or satisfied with Seneca turnpike location.

I forgot to order my drink online and when I mistakely asked for it the two ladies both were yelling thet there was no drink on the order. Ok ladies. Calm down and only one of you need yell at me for a simple mistake! You might to simply ask if I would like to buy a drink. I had to go back to the kiosk to order my drink. I just got out of work and the last thing i need is two females yelling at me. Inside voices and ONE at a time please.

the food is great, service is not the best, they yell across the kitchen and I can hear it from the drive thru window, even when the windows is closed, the atmosphere is great, very cold, sort of dirty, the design is great too
