Was very quiet (most likely due to temp outside [25°F] & no one wanting to leave the house). Staff was very friendly & attentive. Food came out in reasonable time. Very delicious. Always look forward to going there when in the are.

Very disappointed in my order. Got the pho bowl nice and pricey with literally 3 pieces of beef and not much flavor but plenty of noodles. Spicy ahi wrap was atleast good, but not enough sauce. I rarely leave reviews especially negative ones but this was a terrible experience. For what it cost definitely will not order from here again unfortunately.

Currently writing this sick from sushi here. I got takeout from here a few months ago and ended up with a bad stomach ache, I ignored that and decided to do takeout again. Horrible mistake, I woke up sick. Use to love it here but unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Chicken in the hibachi was dry and rubbery, as if it was very old and re-cooked. Steak in the hibachi from the night before was not cooked to the requested temp. (Undercooked)

A Japanese restaurant with a variety of menus, the sushi is the best. There are a lot of people, but tables turn quickly.

I ordered a couple items that I don't typically get and was a little disappointed this time around. The hibachi fried rice is delicious but doesn't contain any meat or vegetables, so I tried a veggie fried rice for a change. It is a bunch of steamed, unsalted / unseasoned broccoli & zucchini mixed into the hibachi fried rice. In addition, there are a few unappetizing tidbits of corn and peas mixed in here & there, which look like they came out of a cheap frozen vegetables bag. This would be infinitely better if they stir-fried the fresh vegetables with the rice so they weren't completely bland, included bean sprouts and onion for variety, and completely omitted the specks of frozen corn & peas. The marlin sashimi and scallop nigiri were fresh and delicious, as I have always found them to be. The squid sashimi is something I have ordered a couple times before but don't eat often enough to have much basis for comparison. It has been a little different each time I've gotten it from here. This time it was rolled around shiso leaves, which are delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. However, I wouldn't order this again because chewing it left a very slimy texture in my whole mouth. Maybe this is normal for squid? I'm not sure; it didn't have an off taste but the thick slimy feeling in my mouth was pretty unpleasant. Part of the fun of eating sushi is trying different pieces, and some are better than others due to personal preference with flavors and textures. But to me, this rice and what meal you get overall for the price, is only worth 3 stars.

Food was good and the place was friendly! The only gripe was that the Miso soup left a little to be desired, but overall I would dine here again!

My assumption is that this area doesn't offer a lot in terms of good Asian cuisine hence its high ratings. The restaurant was pretty packed for a week night which speaks to its popularity. We did not order the sushi though we did get some kind of deeply fried roll on the house. That was pretty good but wasn't the type of sushi roll I'd normally order. The udon noodle soup was pretty tasteless, the pork tonkatsu had too much breading on it and was over fried. My son's chicken teriyaki was fine. I mean it's pretty hard to mess up chicken teriyaki. Overall, this served its purpose in giving us someplace to eat that wasn't a chain restaurant or Italian food but I wouldn't say the food was good by any means. Also the bathrooms were dirty and there was a rolled up doormat thrown behind our seats. On the plus side, service was good despite being busy and food came out promptly.

My wife and I wanted to enjoy a peaceful meal at home. We ordered through door dash. My wife’s meal was missing and my appetizer was as well. We called doordash and they immediately gave us a refund. We called Mistsuba and they said they would send us video showing the missing food being placed in our bag. Eight videos later, we did see the food on their counter but it never made it into the bag. After several phone calls expressing our displeasure, and them saying the food was in the bag, they blamed doordash. Inevitably, they offered us the missing food if we’d pick it up. We had already eaten by then. The food we did receive was nothing special whatsoever. We won’t be returning.
