First time ever having authentic Ramen (at least I think this is authentic). I get home open the bowl and there is this rotten egg. I mean rotten, as in the egg was green looking, the yolk wasn't even yellow, the supposed to be white part was so wrinkled. As if the egg was sitting in warm water for days. It smelled horrid. If these are the eggs they're serving. I am not sure how they're still in business. Hoping I can attach a picture.

Good food, pickup order was ready 15 minutes early, which I'm not a big fan of, because that means it sits longer and gets cold before it's even picked up, but I digress.

One significant gripe is that the "hot dogs" are NOT actually hot dogs... if you call something a "mozzarella hot dog", one would logically think there is an actual hot dog in it instead of a giant slab of hot dog-shaped cheese on a stick... they really should make that clear on their website and menus. There is even a big sign in the window that says "hot dogs"...I ordered 2...not hot dogs...just a huge tubular cheese stick...on a stick! Perhaps I'm not hip enough to know that these weren't actually hot dogs.

Other than that, the Ramen broth is tasty, plenty of veggies, but a little light on the proteins. Steam buns were also good.

Im really disappointed I love this place and also I love this food too but while eating my poke and found a wire in it Its very pointy
I almost got pricked Its the worst unbelievable Its a mystery how this situation happened

This is one of my all time favorite places to eat. I love how fresh everything is and the ramen on a cold day just can't be beat. I love the addition of the corndogs and mochi donuts! I enjoy it every time I go in and grab food.

Parking: That shopping center is awful especially during the end of the year. Good luck finding a spot.

Build you own poke was good value just wish the fish chunks were a little bigger. Everything tasted good and fresh but the rice was a little hard. Decent service and great atmosphere

I ordered a boba, and it cost $8! Pricey but holy cow it was good. My only take back was that they didn't put the tapioca at the bottom of the cup so I barely drank boba and it tasted a bit hard/stale, so it wasn't chewy.

We ordered Tonkotsu ramen and a boba. They were both very good. The boba cost $8 tho :( Nice atmosphere. Glad I found this place!

I very embarrassingly spilled both my wife's and my drink. They cleaned it up very quickly and without me asking made new ones. I offered to pay but they wouldn't take it. Their food, drinks and customer service are fantastic. We come here occasionally and always have a good experience.

My friend is currently picking up an online order we placed during our lunch break at work. When they got there they were told the onlines were not working and that they needed screenshots of the order. They then proceeded to be extremely rude my friend for "not knowing the onlines weren't working". This is not how you treat a customer when your buisness is the one that messed up. If the onlines aren't working then turn them off.
