Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Wonderful inventory. I've been a regular customer since their very first and very tiny space on Genesee in New Hartford.

Definitely a great variety of products and food items. Everyone is always kind and helpful there.

This is the best health food store in Utica. They have a wide variety of foods and supplements as well as in-house sandwiches.

I like the place, but I wish it had more variety. They have a tendency to not reorder some things too which is kind of disappointing if it is something you really like. It is a little overpriced too

Awful demeanor from employees . I don’t mind spending considerably more for some of the items here. They have an amazing selection. When I pay for my items, there is never a hello, hi or how are you. They take my items, ring them in and give me the price. I pay and asked if I want my receipt. No smiles, have a nice day, nothing. It was never like this years ago, but something changed. Maybe I need to drive a Mercedes for courteous treatment. It feels like I am wasting their time to take my money. I go out of my way to support local business’s because it benefits our little community. Unfortunately Amazon seems to be a better alternative, and it’s delivered to my door.

I was expecting something like a Mother's Market or Sprouts. But this is much smaller and clearly a local business, which means a limited variety of products. That's not a bad thing. There's a cafe inside with ample seating and on (some?) weekends local bread maker vendors sell fantastic bread made from NY state grown wheat.

Peter,,'s has good organic and all natural products that I can't find elsewhere.

Awesome find! Everything under one roof... Healthy foods, vitamins, and drinks/snacks, bowls, coffee teas, etc.!It's very important that the workers are very knowledgeable about the products they sell at a place like this and sure enough they helped me out nicely, knew exactly what I was looking for and supplied additional information to make a great first impression, and it will bring us back!

Staff is so helpful and nice! Some really good deals, some stuff is expensive but what better investment can someone have than their own health!

Peter's stocks a wide variety of speciality food items including gluten free, vegan & organic items. They provide books in the back of the store with ingredients lists for all their bulk items. The staff is very knowledgeable on the items they keep in stock. Would recommend Peter's as a one stop location for most gluten free organic foods on the grocery list. Been a customer for years. Would recommend.
