Went to pizza hut late morning...first thing management told us ..we had to wait until table was ready ...then dissappear in back ....we were waiting...I could see at least 5 empty tables ..he was very irigant....we waited few minutes then left ...the pizza hut in rome .is so much better management....we will never go back to pizza hut in new Hartford. Again

The rome store is doing the lunch buffet again! I love pizza hut and I have some good luck at both the new Hartford and rome stores. The people working at both are actually awesome. I always enjoy just chatting with the workers while I'm waiting for my pizza they are so friendly at both spots especially compared to most places these days. Highly recommend both spots and the dinner box. Such a good deal. Just make sure u switch out the cinnamon sticks for bread sticks. The cinnamon sticks and cinnbuns are horrible so I guess that's my only complaint but they will sub out items no problem and anytime I had a issue they replaced my whole order or gave me a credit next time but that's very rare and we get pizza hut often. I miss the one in onieda
Parking: U will never have a issue parking here plus it seems pretty new the parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Has crayon and a coloring page thing for kids and the pan pizza is perfect for the little ones I always loved it as a kid
Wheelchair accessibility: New parking lot so plenty of handicap parking and the wheelchair curb spots

Had the worst experience here at Pizza Hut! I ordered a “deep dish” pizza and an order of breadsticks. 1st of all $31 for a “large” pizza and breadsticks is outrageous. This was the smallest “large” pizza I’ve ever had. Not to mention they never informed me that they don’t do deep dish anymore so I got a thin pizza that was floppy and not very good. I called to see if they could fix the problem and get us a deep dish and the woman on the phone was not the nicest and all they did to accommodate me was give me a 15 dollar credit. This all could have been avoided if they had just told me when I ordered deep dish that they don’t do that anymore. Stick to mom and pop pizza they care about their customers and care about the pizza they give.

Very good pizza, good design, nice people but takes only 10 minutes for the pizza (because they give additional stuff if you ask for it)
