New Hartford, NY....We just went there Saturday, 11 of us (all adults) to celebrate my Aunt's 84 birthday. The front of the house woman was rude and mean, moody and had not even a glimpse of a smile on her face at all. She looked like a school principal who was looking to scold the kids. She does not need to be in hospitality at all. Then at the end when we were all paying my brother was the only one who paid in cash and was then accused of not paying. When I asked about cameras, she said "don't worry about it just get your stuff and go". Seriously, we had about $1000 in food and $125+ for tip.

Best experience I’ve ever had! My server Jackie was very attentive, fast, friendly, and emitted so much radiance and beauty. She made me feel so comfortable that I feel like I’ve known her FOREVER! Aside from the WONDERFUL service, the food was soooo DELICIOUS! 10000/10 experience for sure!!!

I had not been here in over five years, as the food and staff had went way down hill. Today my mother and one son decided to give it a try while out christmas shopping. Let me just say this, five stars all around. Staff was amazing, very clean, and the food was fantastic. Definitely will be back.

Love Red Lobster. Sad that they are all closing. It's a timeless experience filled with nostalgia. Perfect every time we go there. We enjoyed the Ultimate Feast and a couple of new items on the menu like Seafood Flatbread.

Do not recommend, if I could give zero stars, I would. First time at the New Hartford branch, not impressed at all. Outside of restaurant is way out dated and not welcoming. Inside layout is alright but everything was disgustingly dirty. I got handed a menu that was covered in food, tables weren't wiped down properly. Food splattered all over the walls. Will not be coming back. Food was just OK, menu was very limited. Missing a lot of the normal Red Lobster menu items such as the White Wine Mussels.

Our waitress was great. Food was just ok. Biscuits were good as always, but my fish was a little tough and fishy tasting. The coleslaw was terrible. Not sure what they put in it. Not a big fan.
