Went there for the first time today at 1pm. The worker approached me at the counter and just stood there staring at me blank expression. I gave a small smile and said hi to her. I got nothing back. I gave her my order and still got no acknowledgment like ok or thank you. She was a young girl with glasses I regret not getting her name. Now granted I dont expect a full out conversation but how about a greeting and a thank you. Every customer patronizing a business should get that.
The worst Starbucks ever.
I have never experienced a starbucks where they tell me I have to go inside to order for a big order when I only ordered 3 drinks and 4 breakfast food. We got to the window and the workers had such a mean mugging face. No good mornings or nothing from them. We got our drinks and our matcha looked horrible. I’m so disappointed and speechless with our drinks cause matcha should never look like this especially because I’ve worked at starbucks before and we have never sent out match drinks like this. I’m so disappointed.

Update took over 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. This is ridiculous
All locations are not created equally. A drink I can easily get at ANY Starbucks location, I was told they couldn't do... (Venti Iced Americano in a Trenta cup). In the end I ordered the Venti and asked for a Trenta cup. Then asked for extra ice and stood there and dumped the coffee into a bigger cup and added ice. Was a waste of plastic and time.
I visit this Starbuck’s often for Matcha and Americano’s. Most of my purchases are made on the app as a drive-thru order so I don’t see them make my beverage. A few months ago when I ordered a Venti matcha in the cafe I saw the Barista only add 3 scoops when it should’ve been 4. At another visit I asked for more scoops and also received 1 less. I ask for extra because with only 3 or 4 I can barely taste the Matcha and I sip on it slowly through out the day vs in one sitting. I know it’s free to add extra scoops now when it wasn’t a few months ago so it could be that they’re trying to save money.
This is the worst Starbucks i have ever been to. IF they are open, they are incredibly slow. You have to go inside to order your coffee because order ahead is never available. One day i waited 20 mins for three coffees. Another time i asked for a bandaid and they informed me they do not have a first aid kit on site and slammed her drive thru window closed.

I’d been going to the New Hartford Starbucks for years—since they first opened. It is well known that the staff typically isn’t the most personable however, that never bothered me. After years of trying so many different drinks, I finally found a coffee that I truly enjoyed—with the help of a few baristas that created it! It was exciting to finally be able to go in and confidently order a coffee when out on a coffee date. Recently though, the new staff, especially the Supervisor Jamie, have been exceedingly unkind. Outside of my recent poor experiences, I’ve had several people discuss instances of feeling uncomfortable there. I’ve been waiting almost a week for a call from the RM because I just cannot justify letting the stark mistreatment slide. It’s really disappointing to be happy to spend your money at an establishment only to be made to feel like you are unwelcome. I really hope they start to see that customers are not the enemy and we aren’t a hassle for just ordering our drinks or breakfast. I hope Jamie works on not berating and yelling at customers for asking for and WILLINGLY paying for a drink customization. A little kindness goes a long way.

Very rude and disrespectful. Not a good place for kids to be around since the baristas are rude and untrained well.
I ordered a venti drink I want to share with my kid so I want it to be splits in a tall cup. She yelled to the little boy” I never do this again for you this is your last time”. He was scared and just silenced walked out the door. That is a very worse and sad experience that make the kid doesn’t want to be back there again.
Toss my food at me, drink wasn't even made right it's legitimately going down hill and I don't understand how management is ok with it.
Did a mobile order. App showed pickup is available in store or drive thru. Showed up and the cafe doors were locked. Had to wait in the drive thru line for more than 50 minutes. This Starbucks is so poorly managed. The management needs to be fired.
We waited in the drive thru 40+ minutes for a mobile order. One drink was made wrong, and when working with customer service to fix an issue with how we were charged, they "couldn't fix the stars" (should have been double what it was). Can honestly say that Starbucks is years behind other coffee chains in their app, customer service, and speed.

So unbelievably slow. Par with just about every other location post pandemic. Getting coffee from any Starbucks like a 45 minute affair now. Management - staff your stores.
