All staff at New Hartford location are lovely, but have to give some extra praise to Brandon. He is very gracious, always welcoming customers and at times handing drinks and addressing us by name. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
I used to joke about Dunkin and how you can order the same drink everyday and it will never taste the same. Sadly I’ve been able to make that same joke with this location since the reopening. Did you hire the Dunkin staff?!
Working from my home-office (in Clinton), occasionally this is a nice get away to take my laptop and my work to get some coffee, or oat meal; also I bring my Silk soy creamer in a small container; wish there are plant based options for breakfast and snacks, and of course non-dairy creamer for coffee.
