Very bad experience in this particular store with the black lady working at night she is not making the orders while ordering through mobile app showing some attitude and not responding to the customers and without using food gloves she is making the orders and not responding to the customers and started arguing please skip this place and go to the other stores and for the subway there is no customer care support and the manager has do something about that lady who works on Sunday nights worst experience

Ordered subway through doordash tonight and the two people behind the counter (a man and a woman) when i got there pretended they never got my order because it was a large order and they didnt want to make it. They began laughing to themselves at me until i insisted that i had an order there and that it was supposed to be ready as i had the notification and showed them it. The male of the two finally offered to get his manager after i stayed there for about 10 minutes explaining the situation and when Josh arrived he found the order instantly. Josh was the only redeeming quality of the ordeal and got me my food quickly and efficiently. Everything he made for me was correct but the items the two from before worked on were incorrect and missing things. While they were making my order the other two kept giving me dirty looks and making remarks to between eachother. It was incredibly unprofessional. Thank you Josh for being a great manager but until the fools you have as employees are gone i will be taking my money elsewhere. We payed $77 for our food and the service we received at the beginning was horrible. I did however thank Josh and tipped him $20 which was well deserved for his professionalism and service.

it’s a GAS STATION sandwich spot !!! Not a 5 star restaurant!! You people expect too much from a place that doesn’t even wash their vegetables or dishes properly . So concerned about what the workers are doing or their demeanor and NOBODY cares if a single worker is being overwhelmed or mentally okay . The entitlement YOU PEOPLE have is disgusting !! People walk in and order 5 sandwiches while one single worker already has a rush line and you expect someone to have a happy disposition all day . Unreal and ridiculous

I met a young man there who was, actually, a sandwich artist, and he made for me, two meatball subs, one with mozzarella and the other with pepper jack cheese and both on Italian bread. Real good.
