Party of 3, 2 separate orders. Employee completely skipped our second order and served the next 4 customers before coming back to him. Actual clown show.

I ordered three foot-long subs and felt bad saying anything because the elderly lady working there was very nice. But unfortunately, the vegetables were not fresh at all, and the sandwich prep table was extremely dirty. I told my husband about it, and in the end, I had to throw all the sandwiches away because the lettuce and other “fresh” veggies were just not good. I really hope the management sees this and at least keeps the sandwich prep area clean — it could seriously make customers sick.i will never return to this location again.

I've order 10 sandwiches without onions and every time I get onions, I'm sick of this.
Ordered some type of roast beef garlic sub and when I opened the wrapper it was drenched and dripping with some mayo sauce. There must have been a quart on it! Expensive garbage. I left it on the counter and walked out. Never Again! YUK.

I was standing at subway for 20 minutes and didn’t even get looked at and then the worker named Mariah major called us over and proceeded to tell us she had to do 3 more online orders before she could get to us
Placed an almost $50 online order only to open everything to find my daughter's veggie delite salad was not edible, the spinach was rotten and some of the bell peppers were too. There were 3 sandwiches also and 2 of them had spinavh that was also rotten. My husband called to ask them for a refund on just the salad because we could not simply pick out the spinach for our 5 year old to eat but the employer who answered the phone acted like they couldn't do a refund and needed to get a manager then placed my husband on hold and a few minutes later the call ended when my husband called back it was a busy signal then he tried again and it rang but no one answered. I'm very angry they would sell food that is rotten and not refund a simple salad that could have made my 5 year old sick if she had eaten it. Thankfully I checked her food first! Subway's supposedly "fresh" food but this location cannot say that apparently!-My husband who drove back there to give them the food back and get a refund since they won't answer the phone just called and told me they refused a refund and told my husband the manager is not there until 9pm tonight and he can come back then to see about a refund, according to the internet the location closes at 8pm so how is this possible then??!! Liars! Will be contacting corporate for sure now.
